Objectives of the Assignment: Assistant Systems Officer

Design, develop and maintain the MAMTA website of www.mamta-himc.org

Scope of work:

The detailed scope of work is outlined as follows:

Website Development:

Design and development of the website to ensure optimized results, great user
experience, and consistent branding.
Develop and adapt appropriate content
Creation of new pages and archiving of old pages every month.
Optimize the website design to increase lead generation through paid and organic
media.
Content and Graphic / Image updates to the websites.
Website security, backups and general maintenance.
Script and code upgrades to the CMS to ensure it in the latest version. Securing the
website from malware and hacking.
Basic design update of the websites with an appropriate word press theme
API integration with lead management process as well as payment gateway integration
on site needs to be initiated and managed.
Source code copy to be submitted in a retrievable device and the owner will be MAMTA.

Administrator and access rights to website, blogs, database will be property of MAMTA and
Technical and Administrative User Manual to be provided along with the deliverables.

Timeline:

The contract will be for a period of 12 months with mutually agreed exit clause. Three months
for development and subsequently maintenance of the website for remaining part of the
contract period. The tasks defined within the scope of work will have to be undertaken within
the given time line. Monthly reporting is expected as part of the services. Review of the
assignment will be done every 3 months. Ensure 99% uptime of the site and maximum
response time for update is 24 hours.

Eligibility Criteria:

The agency should be working in the website design and development space with
expertise in managing Word Press and other websites.
The agency should have worked on social/development sector projects.

Date and Process of Application

A pre-bid meeting will be held in MAMTA office on 13 January 2020 at 3pm.

9 January 2020
Interested agencies need to submit a detailed proposal by 19 January 2020 at
jobs@mamtahimc.org (don’t mark any copies of the same)
The proposal should include organization profile and team strength.
The proposal should contain technical and financial components. Please also do
provide the annual maintenance fee applicable after the initial 12 months period.
Only shortlisted agencies would be contacted.
Shortlisted agencies will be asked to make a presentation at the MAMTA office before
final selection of the agency.
