MAGNIFY YOUR RADIANCE : Lion's Paws with Breath Of Fire

This is a powerful one-exercise kriya with profound impacts on your brain, body, and
electromagnetic field.

First, by keeping tension in your fingers throughout the meditation, you are triggering reflexes in
your fingertips that stimulate all four areas of your brain.
Additionally, moving your arms out to the sides and up over your head helps to get your lymph
moving and stimulates your lymphatic system.
It also helps to pressurize and strengthen your nervous system.
The pranayam (Breath of Fire) that accompanies the movement activates the pineal gland and
stimulates the pituitary gland.
As these glands become activated, your intuition will become stronger, and your radiance will
expand.

Regular practice of this kriya will magnify your electromagnetic field, allowing you to move through
the world in a subtle, yet powerful way that attracts what you need, when you need it.

Instructions :

1. Sit in Easy Pose with your spine straight and a slight Neck Lock.

2. Make both hands into Lion’s Paws by curling and tightening the fingers of both hands.
Keep the tension in the fingers throughout the meditation.
Extend both arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground with your palms facing up.

3. Bring both arms up over your head, passing your hands over the crown of your head - your
elbows bend and the palms face down.

4. Then bring your arms back to the starting position, parallel to the ground, palms facing up.

5. Start a rhythmic motion - alternating which hand is in front as they cross over head, working up
to moving very quickly and powerfully.

6. Create a powerful breath with the motion.

Inhale as your arms extend out and exhale as your arms cross over your head.
The breath will turn into a Breath of Fire.

7. Continue for 9 minutes.

8. To End:

a. Without breaking the pace of the exercise, stick your tongue out and down all the way, as far as you
can. Continue for 15 seconds more.

b. Then inhale, bring your tongue back in and hold your arms at 60 degrees, so that they form an arc
around your head with the palms facing down about six inches apart over your head. The hands are
still in Lion’s Paws.

c. Suspend your breath for 15 seconds.

d. Keep your arms steady as you exhale and inhale completely.

e. Then hold the breath for 30 seconds.

f. Relax and let the arms down.

9. Meditate at the Heart Center. Follow the gentle flow of the breath.

10. Chant an inspiring and uplifting song. Continue for 3-5 minutes.
