AGREEMENT TERM

2. Provided customer satisfaction guarantee on any disaster effected by seller party
Make sure all the Equipment in good condition and won't effected business daily
operation
3. Max 12 Call for condition checking (site visiting)
4. Guarantee original / qualified spare part usage
5. 2-4 working hour respond time
6. Well trained and experiences technician service provided

8. 30 day payment term offered for PT. Fasindo Asia Jaya

AGREEMENT VALIDITY
1. Maintenance contract are valid for 12 month
2. Buyer party PT.Ciba Vision has right to terminate this agreement if the seller party
PT. Fasindo Asia Jaya can't fulfill the term in the agreement
3. Seller party PT. Fasindo Asia Jaya reserves the right to refuse service,
if the equipment is included in the maintenance service is handled by a third party
to alter or add to the system

WARANTY CONDITION
1. Guarantee for equipment system performance in good condition
2. Guarantee quality of the equipment purchased from PT. Fasindo Asia Jaya
3. Service Guarantee void if the seal has broken
4. Service Guarantee void if system repaired not by PT. Fasindo Asia Jaya
5. Service Guarantee not included re withdrawal cable and reposition equipment
6. Service Guarantee not included replacement of defective parts.
7. Service Guarantee not included damage to software or Internet network system
8. Service Guarantee not included equipment from third parties connected to the system
