Back ground

Occidental (Oxy) is developing Onshore Block 3 in the southern part of Abu Dhabi emirate. Initial
production from this block shall be transported to ADNOD ASAB facilities for further processing and
export. Oxy is in discussion with ADNOC in finalizing these options.

Scope of work
Scope of work for this service order is to conduct a field survey of proposed flow line route for
development of construction drawings, constructability method and environmental impact assessment.

Bidder shall follow latest ADNOC specifications, procedures and methodologies while conducting the
survey.

Attachment 1 is a proposed route of the Flowline from Block 3 wells to ASAB RDS 2.

Based on field conditions, bidder is encouraged to propose alternate routes if they are more
construction friendly and/or less environmental impact.

Actual manifold slot for tie-in shall be confirmed at later stage. For this survey, flow line shall terminate
at 15 meters before the battery limit of ASAB RDS 2 station from flow line approach angle.

Bidder shall be responsible to obtain all required permit (from ADNOC or any other governmental
agencies) for the survey which includes CICPA area and environmentally protected area.

Bidder shall provide all required manpower, vehicles, tools and any other resources for this work.

Deliverables
1. Approved for construction (AFC) work pack with all drawings including but not limited to
a. P&IDs (shall be issued for design (IFD) revision)
b. Flow line alignment sheets
c. On-plot (well pad) piping isometrics
d. Road crossing, pipeline/flow line crossings drawings
e. Bill of material
f. Right of way drawings
2. Data sheet for long lead items like well head control panel, SSVs, chemical injection skids and all
other equipment required to complete the well hook-up and Flowline upto a RDS station
3. Pipeline route and alignment drawings shall be referenced to UTM WGS 84 datum.
a. GPS coordinates shall be extracted to an Microsoft Excel file

Schedule
Work shall commence on or around 19th Jan 2020

Priority shall be given in the following order

a. Flow line route and alignment sheets (including GPS coordinates) – by 31st Jan 2020
b. Right of way drawings – by 31st Jan 2020
c. P&IDs (shall be issued for design (IFD) revision) – by 10th Feb 2020
 d. Bill of material & Data sheets for long lead items – by 10th Feb 2020
e. On-plot (well pad) isometrics – by 10th Feb 2020
f. Road crossing, pipeline/flow line crossings drawings – by 10th Feb 2020

Final close out shall be by 18th Feb 2020
