CHANGING HABITS

Today I want to tell you about my eating habits. Last time I went to the doctor, he
told me I was overweight, so I decided to change drastically. In the past I ordered
meal , so I could eat at home and I ate a lot of fried

foods, I never practiced any sports and I felt tired all the time. Now,

everything is different. I buy vegetables like cucumber and

lettuce and I cook at home. I bake healthy vegetable

pies and I don’t eat desserts because sweets have a lot of empty

calories. The best part of cooking is that I also save money because eating

always at restaurants can be very expensive. Of course I still go to restaurants

sometimes, but if I go to a restaurant I ask for a healthy serve

without any fat or sugar. I am also being more active, I go swimming to

the local pool three times a week, and on weekends I play tennis

with my mom, she is very good at it and she has very nice rackets. I must say,
with this new lifestyle I feel and look great!

Oh, guess what! Jason broke his arm last weekend! He went to the skateboard

to skateboard!) He's got a plaster cast and he's going to have it for at least six
weeks. He's such an idiot!

My mom's calling me for lunch, she gets angry when I don’t go fast, so I'll finish
