This refers to our conversation and the aforesaid subject, we are pleased to quote prices for Power Sonic batteries,
following are the final negotiated prices (in Pak Rupees) after special discounts for kind perusal:

Note: Batteries warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, improper application, wrong or inadequate electrical
current/voltage/frequency, inadequate connections, inadequate water or drain services, user negligence, repair by non-technical
designated personnel, accident during relocation, tampering, alterations, a change in BATTERY location or application, exposure to the
elements, theft, sabotage, installation contrary to recommendations or specifications and if serial numbers have been altered, defaced, or
removed. Above prices are only for batteries.

Cycle Applications: Limit initial current to 21A. Charge until battery voltage (under charge) reaches 14.4 to 14.7 volts at
68°F (20°C). Hold at 14.4 to 14.7 volts until current drops to under 70mA. Battery is fully charged under these conditions,
and charger should be disconnected or switched to “float” voltage.

“Float” or “Stand-By” Service: Hold battery across constant voltage source of 13.5 to 13.8 volts continuously. When held at
this voltage, the battery will seek its own current level and maintain itself in a fully charged condition.

 Power Sonic Corp. USA Products Limited Warranty
Power-Sonic Corporation warrants its valve regulated lead acid batteries for UPS applications against defective
workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date the battery was put in service or for the full period plus six
months from the date of manufacture based on date code.

Conditions:
• The warranty is invalid if the battery has been subject to misuse, abuse or physical damage.
• The batteries are subject to IEEE Standard 1188 Acceptance Test at time of installation. If they do not meet both, or either, the
standards and the published Power-Sonic specifications the company, Power-Sonic, must be notified immediately and the user should
request further instructions.
• The battery will be determined to be defective if it fails to deliver less than 15% of its rated capacity during the warranty period. Deep
discharging the batteries will invalidate the warranty.
• The PS batteries selected by the user must be of the correct size, design, and capacity for the intended application and in any case new
batteries should not be mixed with old/other brand batteries. Failure to do this will invalidate the warranty.
• The battery should be installed and operated at a temperature not exceeding 77°F (25°C). The warranty period shall be reduced by 50%
for operating temperatures in excess of 2.5°C above this limit.
• The batteries should be paired with a suitable designated charger for sealed lead acid batteries. Incorrect selection of charger and/or
failure to follow the correct charging regimen will void the warranty.
• Battery annual maintenance records must be kept manually or electronically including load tests, temperature, Ohmic readings and
voltage and made available as part of any warranty claim. The failure to keep such records will nullify the warranty.
• User agrees to make accessible the batteries under warranty to Power-Sonic or its’ authorized representative for inspection at
reasonable hours and time intervals.
• Parallel string must be limited to five strings without the expressed written approval of Power-Sonic. The warranty shall be voided if
these actions do not take place.
• The warranty shall be voided if the battery becomes unserviceable due to: fire, freezing, abuse, neglect or any act of God.
• Installation of the batteries must be performed by suitably qualified technicians and in accordance with proven acceptable practices or
the warranty will be voided.
• Dismantling and moving batteries to a different location will void the warranty unless Power-Sonic is contacted and provides written
consent of such action.
• This warranty shall apply only to original purchasers in Pakistan.

UPS logs would be required in any scenario of warranty claim

Warranty will be void if Power Sonic USA batteries are mixed with different brand, batch or old batteries.

Claims:
• Contact the original point of purchase for instructions.
• Request returns authorization. No returns will be credited without an authorization.
• Cost of travel, installation, transportation shall be borne by the purchaser.
• In case of De-shaped or Deep Discharged batteries, warranty would be void
• Delivery time for replacement of approved warranty claim will remain applicable and freight charges or any taxes will
be charged to customer

The above warranty is in lieu of and not limited to all other remedies including negligence and breach of contract.
