You will be part of the electronics development function within Display & Graphics Business
Laboratory, with key responsibilities as follows:

Key responsibilities:

 Work within project team and take responsibility for the implementation of electronic
circuit design as well as prototype development and testing.
 Support applications development in the display and graphics business, particularly in the
area of electronics and software system.
 Participate actively in the generation of technology, solutions and product roadmap by
working closely with the lead engineer.
 Responsible in liasing with vendors and suppliers for components selection.
 Responsible in the laboratory administrative management, EHS and maintenance.

Qualifications

 Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other relevant discipline.

 Strong knowledge in power electronics, analog and digital electronic circuit development
and testing.
 Strong interest in pursuing career in research and development. Intensive hands-on work
and prototype development are highly expected for this job.
 Good verbal and written communications skills are required. Fluency in English is
required, additional Asian language is desirable.
 Ability to work within a team and to interface with other technical function as well as
manufacturing and business team.
 Self-starter and perseverance to overcome challenges in R&D environment.
 Fresh graduate with strong background in electronics will be considered.

ENGINEER, QA/QC
Responsible for Documentation, Quality Management System and SAP/E1 support to meet operational requirements in:

New Product Development & Sustaining
2. Quality System Management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and prepare for Internal / External Audits. Follow-up on Audit findings till closure. Follow-up on Management Review
Action Items.
2. Participate in New Product Introduction meetings.
3. Maintain and improve on plant's quality management system in meeting ISO and Regulatory requirements. Ensure that systems and
procedures are in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, QAR21CFR part 820 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
4. Lead in the implementation of Documentation and Quality system Initiatives.
5. Ensure accuracy in SAP database for Material Master, BOM / Routing and relating manufacturing procedures and facilitate global access.
MINIMUM EDUCATION / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years experience in Quality Management Systems.
 • Fresh Degree graduates interested in Quality Management Systems.
CORE COMPETENCIES
• Ability to communicate and work with all levels, including across functions.
• Ability to adapt to changes and acquire new knowledge.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
