Report on the questionnaire Stuttgart

Teachers
● All participating teachers visiting the mobility in Stuttgart, Germany, answered the
questionnaires.
● The teachers were positive about the projects organization and activities. The
efficiency during teachers meetings, communication and new methods of mediation
stand out with a lower result in the teachers result.
● The teachers have increased their knowledge about other European countries and
the European citizenship and they would like to participate in other Erasmus+
projects.

Parents
● Low participation in the questionnaire, only 12 parents answered. The parents from
Germany have not answered the questionnaire, which leads to inaccurate result
since they have been hosts we miss their perspective.
● Most of the parents were positive about the project and can see that they have
increased their knowledge about other European countries, the European citizenship
and about other cultures.

Students
● In total there were 18 answered questionnaires. The German students have not
answered the questionnaire. Less than half of the amount of participating students
have answered the questionnaire.
● The questionnaire was answered a few month after the meeting which probably has
affected the questionnaires results and the participation.
● Most of the students are positive about the project. They consider that they have
increased their fluency in English and that they can communicate better in English.
● The students don’t think that they have increased their knowledge about ICT
because they already have a lot knowledge.
● The students are satisfied with the host families, the matching shows a slightly lower
result shows the matching between host families and the visiting students.
● Students have increased knowledge about the host country and their culture and
traditions. The organized activities got positive results.
● Students think they got increased knowledge about European countries and are
more aware about European citizenship.
● 94% of the students want to participate in other Erasmus+ projects.

Suggestions
● We see a need to reformulate some of the questions in the questionnaire since there
have been some misunderstandings in the answers.​ ​ ​For example, the question
about parents hosting students have been misunderstood and needs to be more
defined with “in this project/mobility”.
● We also need to rephrase all questions in the parents questionnaire since every
question is about “my son”.
● We need to think about the questionnaires certainty since it is open for every visitor
on the website to answer. Maybe a password is a simple way to secure the answers.
● We had a low participation among all countries. Germany as the host country has not
answered the questionnaire at all, maybe it is a misunderstanding.
