ABSOLUTE DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JULIET A. KUSAIN, Filipino, of legal age, married to ALJO KADUROG KUSAIN and
with residence and postal address at B11 L3 P6-B, Tierra Del Fuego, Gen Trias, Cavite, Philippines, by
virtue of a Special Power of Attorney executed by my husband-ALJO K. Kusain, landowner, docketed
as Doc. No. 06; Page No. 01; Book No. 45; Series of 2013, dated August 20, 2013, before ATTY. JESUS
N. CLEDERA, and in consideration of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP350,000.00)
to me in hand paid by AMI B. FLOROS, Filipino of legal age, widower and with residence at #028 sta.
Cruz, Silway, Dad. West, General Santos City, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY UNTO SAID
AMI B. FOLOROS, her, heirs, successors and assigns, that certain one (1) residential house and a
parcel of land, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
“One (1) residential house and a parcel of land, portion of Lot 2, Pcs-116312-001351,
which portion identified as Lot 2-C1, further covered by TCT. No. T-100227, containing an area
of FOUR HUNBDRED (400) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated at Bo. Of Matinao,
Municipality of Polomolok, Province of South Cotabato.”
That I further warrant unto said AMI B. FLOROS, her heirs, successors and assigns the above-
describes property together with one (1) residential house, and whatever improvements existing
thereat, if there is any found therein, property including Electric Meter facilities attached to the
aforesaid house with METER No. , Account No. .
