Overall Comments
Very good technical knowledge on PL/SQL . Vidya was able to present her views very clearly wherever
required. She is more confident and it showed her hands-on knowledge of pl/sql as well. She was very well able
to attend the hands-on queries on pl/sql as well.
She has good amount of banking functionality as well, she has worked on around 4.8 years of her previous
project on banking product.
She got to work on SDLC - She got to involve from requirement phase , through out and worked towards the
support or client support as well.
She has basic java knowledge as well.
