CHOCOLATE ROOM TURNKEY INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

This Initial Project Proposal is prepared strictly obliging the request of the client, Mr.
Rajesh Kakani. With the receipt of this proposal, it is understood that the client is
agreed to pay an engineering design consultation fee of Rs. 10,000/- towards the
submission.
The Axis team appreciates and thank the client for appreciating its efforts in terms of
amount of time, energy, resources and expertise in preparing this initial proposal.
This fee shall stand waived off, in case the client is willing, this point forward, to hire
our services. In such case, the client is agreed to intimate the same to Axis team
strictly through a formally written communication either by an email or personal
letter attested with initials, inviting us to enter in to a formal Project Agreement.
Axis Design Services Pvt. Ltd., considers the following services as a broad scope of
services evolved based on the initial site visits and discussion had with the client.
List of Services:
A. A detailed study of the entire project by Axis team for designing and
execution of the entire project on turnkey basis
B. Detailed study of the various on site challenges and risk factors
C. Understanding the client requirements with regards to the final outcome in
terms of his/her purpose, design taste, quality, functionality and site feasibility
D. Studying the available resources in view of above requirements
E. Evolving appropriate conceptualization and design schemes
F. Arriving at a most cost-effective project estimate and time boundaries
G. Designing elements considered for the above is sub-listed as under
1. Walls treatment with Lappum finishing and white wash
2. Charting out a painting scheme as per the business model and its
branding
3. Falls ceiling/ alternative ceiling design that could elevate the overall the
design scheme
4. Walk-way from the gate to the staircase
5. Staircase to I floor and the corridor/ balcony up to main entrance
6. Main entrance and the surroundings
7. Seating design, table structuring and overall furniture design and
procurement accordingly
8. Window beautification and furnishing design
9. Study of natural lighting and ventilation, evolving overall lighting design
scheme and planning the electrical wiring & fittings accordingly
10. Equipment and all other appliances study and planning electrical wiring
and fittings accordingly
11. Design of kitchen room along with appropriate working platforms and
cabinet systems for storage and functionality
12. Design of main counter with provision for displaying logo, with appropriate
platform, storage and working space
13. Design and provision of additional plumbing requirements and fittings
along with supporting design features
14. Design of Landscaping and other interior plantation as required by the
overall design scheme evolved
15. Preparation of the detailed project proposal with cash flow and payment
schedules, regular update to the client on overall progress of the project.
