 On Saturday at 08.00 a.m on Emergency Room RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora
called the Dahlia’s Room to ask if there is an empty room or not. Then, a new patient
from Emergency Room, transferred to the Dahlia’s Room. At that time there is a
nurse who’s shift and receive a new patient.

Nurse I : “Hallo! good morning.”

Nurse II : “Good morning too, Dahlia’s Room, can I help you?”

Nurse I : “Is there Dahlia’s room an empty room for adult patient?”

Nurse II : “Wait a minute, I will check first.”

Nurse I : “Okay.”

Nurse II : “There is still one room.”

Nurse I : “Alright, this is a new patient from emergency room who is planned

to be admitted, and will be moved to the Dahlia’s room now.”

Nurse II : “Okay, I will prepare it.”

Nurse I : “Thank you nurse.”

After the patient is delivered to the Dahlia’s Room, the nurse receive the
patient and asks about the condition.

Nurse : “Good morning Miss.”

Patient : “Good morning too, nurse.”

Nurse : “Is this true with Miss Yanna?”

Patient : “Yes right nurse.”

Nurse : “How are you feeling now?”

Patient : “I am feeling pain on my head, my head feels rotating a round when

laying down.”
Nurse : “Do you also nausea and vomiting?”

Patient : “Yes nurse.”

Nurse : “Well, now I will to setting the drops of infusion to you.”

Patient : “Yes nurse.”

After setting the infusion of droplets program, the nurse gives the medicine to
the patient.

Nurse : “Miss, this is the medicine for you, you must drink’s in accordance

with the existing rules.”

Patient : “Yes nurse. When I can drink the medicine?”

Nurse : “From now Miss.”

Patient : “Well nurse.”

Nurse : “Do you have any else complaint?”

Patient : “Have done nurse, just dizzy, especially when I wake up, my head is

very pain.”

Nurse : “Okay Miss. After drink’s the medicine, you should be take a rest.”

Patient : “Yes nurse.”

Nurse : “Is there anything else I can help you Miss?”

Patient : “Nothing nurse.”

Nurse : “Well, if you want to another helps, you can call me in the nurse

station.”

Patient : “Okay nurse, thank you very much.”

Nurse : “You’re welcome.”
