Description:
Portfolio Day is considered a Culminating Resources
Activities/Performances wherein at the end of every quarter, schools are
ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

encourage to put up exhibits of students products across subjects or

learning areas. Learners may also do an exhibition of their performances in
different subjects as evidences of their learning or attainment of
performance standards. Thus, when parents receive the report card and
confer with teachers they will actually be witnessing what students are
learning in school.

The learners’ quality product can likewise be sold to stakeholders at

reasonable price so that learners will appreciate the value of their works,
they will be earning while learning( sales will be accepted directly by the
students product owner).thus they can gradually internalize
entrepreneurship skills as we are preparing them for Entrepreneurship as of
the exits of K-12 program.

Regional Memorandum No. 066, s. 2017 further provides that the

conduct of the School- Based Portfolio Day shall be done every quarter with
the following suggested activities(1) distribution of cards(2)parent- teacher
adviser conference (3) Display of outputs; (4) PTA Meeting

The following were the specific objectives 2nd Quarter Portfolio Day:

a. To conduct parent- teacher adviser conference for feedbacking of

students’performance
b. Distribution and signing of students’ report card
c. Display of students’ output
d. Explain Clearly about Work Emersion on Senior High School
e. Distribute Certificates to Top Performing Students in every grade level;
f. Conduct General assembly

Preliminaries

 Parents report to every class advisers for feed backing of students’ performances
 Assembly Proper ,
 Forum.

RESULTS:

The following were the outputs based on the objectives of the Assembly:

1. Parents clearly saw the results of their children’s performance

2. The Parents were informed of the 2nd Quarter miscellaneous fees as

reported by the GPTA Assistant Treasurer Maria M. Tobes.

3. Parents were able to see their children’s output.

4. Both Parents and Students fully understands the nature of work

emersion on Senior High School.

5. Conducted recognition through giving of certificates to top

performing students.
