RESPONSIBILITIES
 Handle the day-to-day operations of the Coding
 Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for the patient charts
 Ensure 95% quality on production
 Adherence to the company's Coding Compliance policy/plan internal and External (clients)
 To improve the performance based on the feedback provided by the reporting manager

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES

 Sound analytical skills
 Logical thinking
 Attention to detail
 Average written and spoken English skills

COMPLIANCE
 Should adhere to applicable Do’s & Don’ts of implemented Information Security Management System
(IEC/ISO 27001:2013) and HIPAA regulations
 Adherence to the rules and regulations as outlined by the management

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

 Life science graduate with an average comprehension skill
