Meet the assigned adviser with the accomplished Adviser s Chapters 1 – with
Acceptance Form research instrument

Approved proposal
Submit proposal paper approved by the adviser and the paper with research
accomplished Endorsement Form 2_A and photocopy of instrument,
accomplished
the defense fee OR to the IODE Director s Office. THESIS FORM 2_A,
