Abstract
Procurement and procurement processes can require a substantial portion of UNIVERSITY OF
GONDAR’s resources to manage. Procurement budgets typically provide managers with a
specific value they can spend to procure the goods or services they need. The process of
procurement is often a key part of a company's strategy because the ability to purchase certain
materials or services can determine if operations will be profitable.
In many cases, procurement processes will be dictated by company standards often centralized
by controls from the accounts payable division of accounting. The procurement process includes
the preparation and processing of a demand as well as the end receipt and approval of payment.

Introduction
Procurement is the act of obtaining goods or services, typically for business purposes.
Procurement is most commonly associated with businesses because companies need to solicit
services or purchase goods, usually on a relatively large scale.
Procurement generally refers to the final act of purchasing but it can also include the
procurement process overall which can be critically important for companies leading up to their
final purchasing decision. Companies can be on both sides of the procurement process as buyers
or sellers though here we mainly focus on the side of the soliciting company
Statement of problem
PROCURMNET WEB APPLICATION systems offer greater visibility into day-to-day
transactions, which make it easy for users to find and connect with the suppliers they need. All
those businesses, who want better integration, improved communication and increased visibility,
should get an procurement web application solution.

Objective of the study

Objectives are the aims of the study that is the purpose of the study. In the proposed system there
are two main types of objectives discussed as illustrated below.

General objective

 To develop a user friendly auctioning website where any kind of product can be
auctioned and provide value-added services to the bidders and the sellers.
 To be familiar with programming language.
 To increase our motive of job on project designing.
 To be ready for the coming real projects.

Specific objective

 The following outline are the specific objectives of the proposed system
 The products will be authenticated and the site provide a safe environment for online
users :
 Secure registration of all users including a personal profile administrators would
authorize the product to auction set auction dates and minimum auction amount for that
product.
 Complete search/site map of the entire site for easy access.
 Discussion forums for users to interact with other users to know about the products value
and originality
 The admin should have all the types of authority.
 The admin should maintain property admin identify property types as it is residential of
commercial property.
 The admin user can inform their agents for regarding to property and update the
information regarding property and cancellation of property of changing buyers choice.
 The user should book the property for sell or rent with details of property.
 The system is very useful for the companies or builders that can post and edit their
properties and their personal info and admin can monitor records of all of them
  The system is also useful which also keeps track of account details of buyers and
investors.

Scope of Study

Our project has a very wide future scope. But currently it is limited to only for one company
named University of Gondar. The system is currently only web application. But for the future our
project or system has included Android application.

Planned approach towards working :- the working in the organization will be well planned
