How does it work?

Through Solarcloud, you are essentially buying solar panels but without installing it in your roof.
SolarCloud takes care of installing the panels at no cost to commercial and industrial businesses under a
long-term contract which may last until 30 years. To insure that the quality of equipment used is well-
maintained, SolarCloud will closely monitor the parts and replace them every five years, if needed.

How will you earn money?

As part of the contract, the commercial and industrial business enjoying the benefits of solar
panel will pay SolarCloud a fee for the electricity produced. With only 25% of the net returns going to
SolarCloud as commission, the rest will go to you as the investor. At least 7% of net return will go to you
per annum IRR. Since investors own the solar panels as assets, business investors may be eligible to
claim substantial tax deductions on these asset purchases.

Is it safe to invest?

SolarCloud is fully audited and ASIC registered finance scheme, with all monies independently
managed and distributed by Huntley Management Limited. Further, SolarCloud pools the revenue
received from all host businesses and pays the investors from the pooled revenue. This is done to
reduce the risk from any single host business.
