To reduce the burden of work, there is a need for a system that reduces the human intervention.
Most of the systems available are not efficient to be driven on terrains and movement on incline
and decline plane. Further these are limited to one or two deterging tasks only. There is an
urgent need of complete deterging solution without human intervention

The present invention aims at providing a self re-routing three mode deterge system.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:

Principal object of the present invention is to provide a self re-routing three mode deterge
system.
Another object of the present invention is to employ a belt drive system to provide locomotive
power.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide mechanical and electronics based
deterge system including different modes of deterging.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a system that is cost effective, lighter in
weight and higher in strength.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a highly relevant system with no human
intervention and better efficiency.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

The present invention relates to a self re-routing three mode deterge system. The deterge
system of the present invention is a type of mechanical and electronics based deterge system
including different modes of deterging i.e. dry wiping, wet wiping, both integrated and suction
through an assembly is achieved. The system consists of a rear mopper assembly and a
suction unit for dust collection at the front end. The whole unit is automated to provide self-re-
routing whenever it senses an obstacle. The locomotive power to the system is given by belt
drive assembly as it can be driven on numerous numbers of terrains and also provides
movement on incline and decline plane with least tendency to skid on the surface. This is a
highly relevant system with no human intervention and better efficiency. There is a water supply
system to provide senses to the humidity of the ground and thus supplies the required quantity
of water needed. The noise levels are comparatively lesser.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:

It is to be noted, however, that the appended drawings illustrate only typical embodiments of this
invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope, for the invention may
admit to other equally effective embodiments.

Figure 1 shows a self re-routing three mode deterge system according to the present invention:

highly relevant system with no human intervention and better efficiency. There is a water supply
system to provide senses to the humidity of the ground and thus supplies the required quantity
of water needed. The noise levels are comparatively lesser.

The system consists of two motors in which each motor is connected to a self-built gear
enhancement system which increases to the torque to the desired level to be delivered to the
belt drive system which is the locomotive heart of deterge system. The whole belt drive
assembly provides movable motion to the assembly. There is a vacuum system attached to the
front of the chassis assembly and a mopper assembly behind it. The whole belt drive system is
governed by an automated system which consists of Arduino and ultrasonic sensor which drives
the motor and assign proper locomotive path to the structure. The higher accuracy of ultrasonic
system equipped provides a traceable path.
