  Poverty  is  the major problem of our community even before and up until now. 
It  is  consequential  of  lack  of  assistance  from  the  different  sector  of  the 
government,  lack  of  education  or  awareness  and  lack  in  allocating  the  human 
capital.  
  A  developing  country  must  inherit  a  good  governance  in  order  to  obtain  a 
good  and  harmonious relationship between the people and to the resources that 
can  possibly  gather  from  the  surrounding.  It  is  essential  that  the  country  have 
the  characteristics  of  being  an  open  minded  to  the  possible  things  that  can 
surely  benefit  the  people  because  of  investing  more  in  a  certain sector to satisfy 
the  need  of  every  individual  who  are  in  help  and  support  or  assistance.  The 
primary  responsibility  of  the  government  to  a  country  is  to  sustain  the  needs  of 
the  individuals  living  in  that  country  and  must protect each one of them in terms 
of  harm  and  war.  As  we  gather  the  information  in  Barangay  Camagong  I saw the 
faces  of  every  individual  who  are  patiently  waiting  to  receive  some  assistance 
from  the  government.  Some  of  them  are  having  a  problem  that  can  possibly 
support  by  the  government  but  sad  to  say  that  the  area  is  far  from  the  city  so 
they  can't  get  the  proper  assistance  from  the  higher  office.  The  area  is  quite  far 
from  the  city  and  it  is  somewhat  expensive  for  some  if  they  frequently  go  to  the 
city.  I  learned  that  the  life  in  city  is  quite  different  from their areas because I saw 
the  lack  of technology that can probably used to help them in making their crops 
or productions. They also lack a market place wherein they sell their products the 
same  in  price  from  the  city.  Because  of  absence  of  a  market  the  tendency  is  to 
consume  their  own  products  or  to  sell  it  in  a  lower  and  affordable  price.  The 
benefits  that  can  surely  get  from  the  city  will  be  a  far  battle  in  their  perspective 
because  they  area  is  far  and  somewhat  they  are  deprived.  Industrialized  zone  is 
beneficial  because  this  is  the  area  where  opportunities  is  everywhere  and  a 
person  will  just  walk  in  it  and  there  you have it. While in their area is the opposite 
of  those  benefits  because the only opportunities they knock in is the rice mill and 
sea  to  sustain  the  daily  needs of a family. From the perspective I've seen from the 
area  I  can  say  that  they  have  the  enough  resources  to  sustain  daily  living  but at 
the  same  time  they  are  also  lack  from  the  benefits  of  every  city  person  gets.  I 
realized  that  the  area  or  the  location is important in having a good quality of life 
because  if  I  live  in a far flung areas then there is a possibility that I will not inherit 
something  beneficial  from  the  government  because  I  am  far  but  if  I  live  in  a  city 
then I have the possibility to gain the luxury of the government.  
  Poverty  is  the  most  crucial  problem  that  the  government  cannot  really  solve 
and  abolish.  It  is  like  a  cancer  cells  that  continually  spreading  if  there  is  zero 
intake  of  prescription  to  abolish  and  destroyed  it.  A  country  must  have  a  good 
foundation  so  that  the  individual  of  that  country  is  supported  and  sustained.  A 
country  must  engage  more  in  funding  to  beneficial  things  like  technology  to 
further  enhance  the  productivity  of  every  individual  especially  to  the farmers. So

that  they  will  maintain  the  linked between the resources and technology because 
in a modern sense technology is the bridge to be one of the developing country.
