MOTION TO RESET HEARING

The Undersigned Private Prosecutor, under the direct control

and supervision of the Public Prosecutor, unto this Honorable
Court most respectfully states THAT:

1. In the Order of the Honorable Court dated November

20, 2019, the continuation of trial for the reception of defense’s
evidence was set on January 8, 2020;
2. Undersigned counsel, humbly requests that such trial
date be cancelled and reset to January 22, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. on
the ground that the he is not available as he is not available due
to pressing family matters;
3. The suggested date of resetting was personally
coordinated with the Public Prosecutor XXX and YYY, counsel for
the accused, who conveyed their respective non-objection thereto.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that the January 8, 2020 hearing be reset to January 22,
2020 at 8:30 a.m. Finally, the undersigned Private Prosecutor,
seeks apology to the Honorable Court for this unforeseen
resetting.
