RULES AND REGULATIONS Grade - E

Dress Code
• Id card mandatory for all the employees inside and outside premises, when you are in On-Duty.
• Male
o Uniform Shirt, Formal Pants and Formal Shoe (Jeans, slippers are not allowed).
o Clean Shaving is mandatory.
o Maximum 6 white shirts will be provided at the timing of joining with the standard deduction @
Rs.210/shirt.
o Every April 6 uniform Shirts will be provided to all Staffs with free of cost.
o Shirt should be tucked in.
• Female
o Cut Shoe mandatory.
o Leggings/ Jeans / Net or Transparent Shawl not allowed.
o Free hair not allowed.
o Shawl should be pinned.
Punching
• Morning and evening biometric/ HOWorkforce attendance is mandatory (if not enrolled for same contact HR
department immediately).
• If there is any problem in recording biometric attendance, contact HR Department.
• If the biometric attendance is not recorded then it will be treated as absent.
Leave
• Leave should be applied in e-HR Portal (Default User Name: Id No & Password: DDMMYYYY).
• Leave should be taken on approval of reporting head; if the applied leave is/are rejected then you are
deemed to work on those days if not it will be considered as absent.
• Un-approved leaves will be considered as absent.
• If more than two days of leave are taken, the employee must take prior approval from the HR department.
Compensation Leave
• Monthly 4 week-offs can be availed against Sundays.
• Unutilised week-offs will be added to compensation leave stock.
• Employees can avail maximum 4 days of Compensation Leave in a month against their applied leave.
• Unutilised compensation leave will be lapsed at the end of financial year.
Earned Leave
• Employees will be credited with 15 days of Earned Leave per year (April to March).
• Employees can avail maximum 2 days of Earned Leave in a month against their applied leave.
• If an employee has unutilised Compensation/Earned Leave at the end of year (March), it will be encashed
and credited in their account in next financial year with the ceiling of 15days.
Permission
• Employee is entitled to avail 3 permissions per month for personal reasons.
• Maximum time limit for each permission is 01:30 Hrs.
• Permission should be applied through e-HR portal and same should be approved by Reporting head.
• Employee must apply permission in e-HR portal before leaving office premises.
• If an employee exceed the permitted time, it will be considered as half day leave.
On-Duty
• Whenever employee leaves office premises on Official Duty he/she should apply On-Duty in e-HR portal
approved by reporting head and inform Security while going out and coming in.

• Wherever punching machine is available, employee should have the habit of recording the attendance in
punching machine with punch in & out with maximum grace period of 30 minutes.
• While applying On-duty employees should select destination and purpose of the on-duty.

Eligibility
NON A/C SLEEPER NIL
• Travelling allowance to be claimed through e-HR portal only.
Salary
• Salary will be credited on the Employees bank account on 3rd of every month.
• If 3rd is Sunday or Holiday then salary will be credited on next working day.
• Ensure that you have submitted your bank accounts details to HR department ( you can verify the same in e-
HR portal)
• Pay slips will be available in e-HR portal.
Gratuity
• Employees are eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of their service as per statutory norms.
Increment
• Purely based on performance, increment will be calculated on every financial year (April-March).
• Self Appraisal will be available in e-HR portal.
Transfer
• Management has every right to transfer an employee temporarily or permanently to another location or
division based on the requirement or performance.
Relieving Formalities
• An employee must serve one month notice period and get No Dues Certificate from all the departments
he/she is related to before relieving.
• Whoever has not served notice period will not be eligible for any benefits.
