I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

group? all about Hip-Hop Fitness.
What are the benefits of Hip-hop Aerobics? Student: Calorie and fat burning workout, improve
coordination, flexibility , and agility, increase aerobic
fitness, improve stamina and endurance, encourage
confidence, develop social skills and values, promotes
a positive mindset and improve mental functioning.
You really got our topic last meeting.
Now we will start our new lesson.
IV. Lesson Proper
1. Motivation
I will play a video of Hip Hop dance and I want
everybody to take note all the steps understood? Student: okay sir
2. Developmental activities
Record your heart rate using the following table

We will practice how to get your pulse using by your
two fingers putting into the hands.
V. Application
Now that we are done of getting your heart rate I will
now divide the class into five groups and each group
will perform Hip-Hop dance.
