various Core & VAS elements.
 End to End Roll-out and Project Management of CORE and RAN Nodes.
 Installation planning of Core Equipments (MSC,GMSC, MGW, GMGW,RNC, GGSN,
SGSN, HLR, Packet Core Router, Circuit Core Router.) and RAN Equipments
(RNC,RNC Router and Node B Router)according to approved Customer Layout.
 Checking the Power Requirements, Infra readiness and Up gradation requirement
in Core and RAN Locations.
 Coordination with Installation Teams and ensuring the work completed with

 Remote connectivity of different NE’s to the Core Node and RAN Nodes.
 Responsible for Execution of AT of all the Core and RAN node within the
prescribed time.
 Responsible for all NSS and BSS project related completion certificates, Acceptance
certificates ,Take Over certificates and Closer Certificate.
 Coordination’s with third party vendors for timely executions of project timelines and to
resolve all network issues, including version, hardware and software upgraded
