AIM : The project is initiated to deliver houses to below poverty line people, many variant
payment options are also made to make this township a most successful one. The low
price of the project doesn't effect or tends to decrease the project's specifications.

The housing project has a subtitle which shows the pure objective of the constructing
group, 'Desh ka ye sapna, sabka ghar ho apna' .The main objective of this housing
scheme is to deliver home to even those who can't afford a high priced home. The
housing project has 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with built-up area from 972 sqft to
1240sqft with a very affordable price range.

Overview of Jan Ghar Awas Yojna, Sector 1, Greater Noida (West)

The Jan Ghar Awas Yojna project is loaded with all ultra modular amenities and modern
features. The project has a green garden, club house, gym, badminton court, cafeteria,
cricket net practice area and many more such interesting facilities.

The layout plan of Jan Ghar Awas Yojna incorporates various additional amenities to
pamper the project in the field of real estates.Provision of play ground, amphitheater,

Rational for the selection of this topic is to fullfill the requirement of low cost housing (Ghan ghar
awas yogna) for the resident of noida. There are lots of housing township in the greater noida but
low cost housing are very less so to fullfill the demand of best affordable housing for the middle
income group of the society.
