FACTS

The filing of application is due the following reasons:

The builder /developer in connivance with local authorizes is wiping out the parks and
green area in sushant lok2- 57, Gurgoan causing immense damage to the environment.
they are also extracting ground water in connivance with local administration. The
residence with the builder is making is being constructed without EC. The sewerage of
the area in blatant violation of law, thereby causing damage immense damage in area and
hence causing damage to the environment. The goons of the builder were threatening
people who sits in park. The place has become the breeding place for mosquitoes and
files causing malaria, dengue etc. The builder has encroached the placement for public
and illegally sold it and as such the drainage, sewage and water- outlets and enclosed
leading to water logging, choking of main- holes and extra burden on ecological balance.
the respondent have illegally connected sewage thereby added to the pollution in the area.

PAYER

Since the respondent is continuing violation of the provisions of the enactment specified
in schedule of the national green tribunal and harming the environment the applicant seek
relief of the mentioned problems above.
