RESOLUTION NO. 01, s. 2019

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE FIRST

“BARTOLOME TALENT SHOWDOWN” (BTS)

WHEREAS, the Colegio de San Bartolome de Novaliches Parent Coordinating Board

(PCB) recognizes the school’s role of paving the full development of its students—helping
students discover and refine their unique abilities, skills, and talents, giving young people
the attitude of having confidence and believing in themselves, and allowing them to
express their freedom and creativity;

WHEREAS, the PCB officers for School Year 2019-2020 agreed to hold separate
programs and contests for elementary and high school students with a separate set of
judges, tickets, and committees;

WHEREAS, 10 contestants (elementary) and 10 contestants (high school) qualified for

the said BTS event set on 14 November 2019, Thursday;

WHEREAS, the PCB will be in charge of producing and distributing the event tickets and
collecting the proceeds therefrom;

WHEREAS, the proceeds of said activity will be intended for the acquisition of additional
audio speakers/equipment for the school.

WHEREAS, the PCB will accordingly coordinate with school administrators for logistical
and administrative matters, among others;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the PCB officers for S.Y. 2019-2020 duly
approved to sponsor the aforementioned event and hereby affixed their signature.
