JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:

 Project Management for BMS system, which includes Site Survey, Planning, Time Scheduling,
Project Cost Monitoring and Project Execution
 Ensure and responsible for execution of IBMS Projects which includes fire Alarm, CCTV, Passive
Networking, Gas flooding System (FM200), BMS, Water leak system and rodent Repellent
systems for Data Centre as per the approved drawing.
 Heading teams of contractors and technicians on the sites. Allocation of proper work schedule
to contractor’s work force.
 Carrying out Quality Checks on the work allocated to the Contractors.
 Ensure and responsible for Material management, Timely GRM and MIR.
 Preparation of measurement sheet of site and certification of the same from customer along
with Billing team.
 Submission of Bills and payment follow-up with customer.
 Preparation of various Engineering Documents like As Built Drawings, Cable Schedules,
Operation and Maintenance manuals, Training material etc, for Users and Maintenance
personnel as per contract requirement for Handing Over Document.
 Co-ordination with consultant for Drawings & I/O Summary of respective projects if applicable.
 Close all the snag-list, Internal and External Observation.
 Handing Over the Projects technically and commercially as per the project Schedule.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Diploma / Degree in Engineering is a must.
 Post Graduate qualification in the related domain shall be preferred.
 Candidate should have 10+ years of experience with an organisation of repute.
 Efficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
 Decent communication and presentation skills

 Demonstrated ability to work in a team & with strict timelines
