Etymology
Rêver, the word rêver comes from a French word / reve / which mean “Dream” in English.
This café is a molecular café and here, we are mixing science and food together. Throughout the
year the creativity of people always improves and rêver is the result of those creativity.
Introduction
Food is just as important as love, to make a good food, thee must make with love and
passion. You demand the best food and only the best and we deliver it in a comfortable, stylish
way that will give you a taste like you have never taste before. We are here to deliver the best food
to you and to achieve that, we select and use the best and the freshest ingredients for cooking, the
best method to serve your food, and don’t forget to mention that we will serve you to your utmost
expectation.

There are many restaurants and café out there but there only a few that can meet to people’s
expectation and Rêver will exceed your expectations. It’s not just the food that will give you the
pleasure but the place will also give the cozy and chill atmosphere which can make you feel happy
and relax.

Establishment Description
a. Special Trait
Rêver has a very luxurious design in both architecture and in its interior. We
provide a live music inside that will make our customer comfortable and feel relax. We
also provide an art gallery next to the café and not just that but we also provide a garden

Since Rêver is a molecular café, the concept is based on an artistic concept. The
building concept is like a mansion. Our furniture’s is mostly made out of leather to give
the premium comfort to our customer and the main color of our place is mostly black and
enough lighting to brighten the place so it’s not dim. We are using warm yellow lamp so;
it won’t hurt our customer’s vision. The ceiling has a cloud themed like Hogwarts’s dining
hall in the harry potter movies. We also provide a bar for people to sit down, drink, and
eat. We provide smoking area outside the café for people to smoke.
We used a black marble flooring so, it will give this premium atmosphere when entering
the café. For our walls, we are using glasses so, we can see the view outside from the café.

Serving a good food only is not enough these days, we really need to meet the
customer’s expectation especially in this digital era, they demand a place which serves
good food in a premium or good place. Rêver café is the perfect place to chill down, eat

Rêver café will be located in Surabaya East especially designated in Pakuwon City
because there are still many unused lawns that can be used and there are still a few cafés
in those area. I plan to make a pathway before entering the café so, it will give more of this
feel when you are entering a castle. The most common problem is about parking space and
yes, we provide a parking lot. Our place can hold up to 40 cars in total. We also provide

f. Service
There will be 2 shifts that would be available for this café. The first one is the
morning shift which starts at 9 am, they will come and start earlier to clean up the café,
For the second shift, they are asked to come 1 hour earlier before their shift started
which is 4 pm. The second shift come 1 hour earlier to help the first shift with their work
and it will make the process of switching between switches far easier. This way, the
workflow won’t be disturbed. The second shift will end their shift at 11pm on weekdays
and 12am on weekends. After the café is closed, they must clean the café first before they
can go home.

Closing Statement
I believe that this project, this café will run well. Rêver café is not just a simple café
where you can find anywhere casually. We promise our customer to deliver the best experience
and to deliver the best food to our customer. We don’t want to deliver only good food here but,
we also want to deliver happiness to our customer. What is the meaning of cooking the best food
in the world if it can’t even make a single person happy. We provide something that have never
been provided before. We only serve premium and high quality foods and drinks from the really
best ingredient.
We are really looking forward to be working with you, and we are hoping to become a
