The activity will be hosted by the Burauen East District with the leadership of Ma. Cherryll A. Ablay, PIC. The venue will be at Cantimawa Elementary School, Burauen, Leyte. The objectives are as follows: a. Conduct social conversation to share experiences in the conduct of District Convergence Meeting with Schools GPTA Presidents and Barangay Chairmen, b. Conduct small group discussion to craft an Easy Guide that will help PSDSs/PICs in calling and facilitating small meetings with GPTA Presidents and Barangay Chairmen for school’s academic improvement, physical development and other school operation matters that need assistance of stakeholders. conduct an activity with ZERO GARBAGE produced by the participants. Participants/Groupings and Travel Order of this TSIKAHAN are herewith attached as Enclosures No. 1 to 5. Participants are expected to be MINDFULof the time and may come in any comfortable attire. No registration is required. All participants are expected to bring their own conference notepad, ball pen, personal drinking water provision and water canister (NO BOTTLED WATER IS ALLOWED), snacks and lunch.
