Procedure:

Think of someone who, in your perspective, can rise as a “star” in his/her own field of expertise someday.
Then, compose at least ten (10) questions to know more about him/her. After that, schedule an interview with
that person and have a transcript of your conversation. The questions should highlight the abilities and
characteristics, positive attitude, and important experience in the life of that person. You are also required to
videotape the interview.

 The person that I considered as a star that can rise on his own field of expertise
someday is my friend Jesmar Dramayo. Ever since we’re in elementary and
highschool he’s always on the top in every contest that we joined related to
mathematics. Thus, when he went to college and took Civil Engineering, for as I know
that is one of his biggest dream.

TRANSCIPT OF CONVERSATION
1. Me: How did you surpass all the challenges despite of entering different schools during
elementary and highschool?
Him: I encountered various challenges during my study in elementary and highschool.
I haven't a permanent school because of financial problem, I become a working
 student back when I was in highschool. However, despite of those challenges I always
believe on the purpose of God for me that is why I strive more and more.
2. Me: What are your strength and weaknesses?
Him: My strength and weaknesses are my family.
3. Me: What makes you more interested in math subject?
Him: Some people said, math is difficult. Yes it is. But I considered those difficulties as
my motivation to learn harder and better. Mathematics is not just about difficulties but
also fun-to-learn.
4. Me: You are an achiever person ever since, what characteristics are needed to win in
every competition?
Him: Positivity are the key to win all the battles.
5. Me: Why you’re always positive in life?
Him: I am always positive in life because I believe there are more reasons to be
positive than to be negative. Being positive is having a happy life.
6. Me: How important your dream is?
Him: My dream will lead me to my desire life in the future.
7. Me: What will you do to become an extra ordinary person?
Him: I believe being simple and authentic will surely make me an extra ordinary person.
8. Me: What are your important experience so far that can you use as a weapon to
survive and achieve your dream?
Him: My experience during highschool when I failed to win the 1st place in MTAP. This
experience taught me that we can’t always when in every battles. However, we can
use this failure to see and find ways to survive in every circumstances.
9. Me: How will you fight problems in schools and home?
Him: When I have problems in any aspect life I always find a direct solution. I am that
kind of person who doesn’t want to make the problem bigger thus I always take an
action on it
10. Me: What are your biggest fear?
Him: Honestly, my biggest fear is to lose my family.
