JOHN CEDRIC MASAGA ASIA, attached as Annex “A,” is the Contract
duly signed and notarized here in the Philippines.

Immediately, I filed a PETITION for ADOPTION before the Regional

Trial Court of Laguna, attached as Annex “B.” The Judge advised me to
start your petition with the American Embassy, considering that both of you
are United States nationals. The Social Welfare Officer of the embassy will
study your financial and moral qualifications, then it will referred to the
Philippine Social Welfare to conduct a case study of the family of John
Cedric. Afterwards, the embassy will inform you of the approval of your
petition. Then you will send it to me so that I can re-file the petition to the
same court for issuance of Court Order granting your petition and ordering
the change of name and filial loyalty of John Cedric from his natural
parents to the adopting parents. I will work for the issuance of Philippine
Passports for him and Angeline. You have to request US Embassy here in
Manila for the issuance of their Visa.

This has reference with the complaint of MS CIRILA G. GAILA, relative

to the erroneous entry reflected in her OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF
RECORDS issued last November 5, 2002, which caused damages and
dishonor.

According to her, she was born on July 11, 1955, not July 7, 1955 as typed
and she did not enroll on 2nd Semester of 1982-1983. Likewise, please
verify the Special Order of her graduation, because she graduated on 1978,
joined the graduation ceremony the same year and therefore her Special
Order should be dated the same year.

It would be appreciated if you could rectify the error committed

immediately to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, otherwise we will
file case against you in court.
