To start:--

HOME RIBBON
Duplicate selected slides:- In this option we can duplicate slides which we has creates
before.
Procedure:-
First create a new document
Go to home ribbon
Click on duplicate selected slide.
Slide from outline:- This option is used to add the previous presentation to present to present
documents
Procedure:-
First create a new presentation
Next go to home ribbon
Click on new slide option
Click on slides from outline
Next select the slides
Then set files of type as:- All files
Click on insert option
Font settings:-
Font:- [ Ctrl + shift + f] This option is used to change the letters styles in different patterns.
Bold:- [Ctrl + b]
This option is used the font letters in thickness
Italic :- [Ctrl + i]
This option makes the text in slant direction
Underline:- [Ctrl + u]
This option we can underline the selected text.
Strike through:- This option will underline the middle of the selected text.
Text highlight color:- This option is used mark color at the background of the text in a
particular location.
Font color:- This option will change the color of the selected text
Change case:- Using this option we can set the character in different cases they are:
1. Sentence case
2. lower case
3. UPPER CASE
4. Capitalize Each Word
5. tOGGLE Case
Procedure:-
First create the matter
Select the matter
Go to home ribbon
Click on change case
Next select style
Click on ok.
Design ribbon:- In this option we can set the background to the created slide.
Procedure:-
First create no of slides
Then go to design ribbon
Click on themes option
For more colors click on format background option
Select the style like gradient or solid fill, Picture or texture option
Then click on apply to all
And click on close option.
Custom animation:- This option is used to apply the animation , effects to slides.
Procedure:-
First create some presentations
Select the first slide
Go to animation ribbon
Click on custom animation option
Select the first text in slide
Click on add effects
Select any option like
Entrance
Emphasis
Exit
Motion paths
Select any effects
Click on tag box
Select the effects option
Place the cursor in animate text & select the text like
At once
By letter
By word
Select any option set the timing option
Click on ok option
Like this apply to all the slides
Next click on F5 or press View show.
Custom show:-A presentations with in a presentation when you create custom show a group
slides is created.
Procedure:-
After creation of presentation
Slide show menu
Click on custom show
Click on new
Select as you like slides
Click on add
Give custom view menu
Click on ok.
Slide transition:- Special effects used to introduce a slide doing a slide show. For example:-
Dissolve from one slide to another. You can choose the transition to your presentation. It
present in your presentation with in a great speed of each other.
Procedure:-
On the animation menu
Click on slide transition
It display the effects box
Select any effects in transition & set the speed:- slow
Give tick mark to automatic option
Click on apply to all slide button.
Slide show:- The slide show is nothing but a view show. Where we can show the one by one
appearance in a full screen view with selected animation.
Procedure:-
First create the presentation
Click on view menu
Click on slide show
or
press F5
or
Click on slide show menu
Click on from beginning slide
Click on from current slide option
It display only selected slide view.
Note pages:-
This option is used to type the matter of the slide topics.
It display the below of the each and every slides

Procedure:-
First create a some slides
Next select the slides
Go to view menu
Click on note pages
It display the location on notes
Place the cursor in slide
Type the matter
To change any font size
Go to standard bar or formatting bar.
Slide sorter:-
In slide sorted view you can see entire presentation (all slide) displayed in miniature. you can
add slide transition a preview slide transition animation & timing. We can move slide from
one place to another place in a presentation.
Procedure:-
View menu

To get normal
Click on normal
Set up show:-
It is used to set the view show in the presentation in a continuous format until you will press
the esc key.
Procedure:-
First create the table
Go to slide menu
Click on set up show
Next give tick mark
To loop continuously until esc
Click on ok
To set the view show from 5 to 10
Go to slide menu
Click on set up show
Place the cursor in slide menu
Next give tick mark from 5 to 10
Click on ok.
Action buttons:-
Using this option we can apply hyperlinks to slide like from first slide to last slide or last
slide to home slide etc.
Procedure:-
First create the slide
Next select the slide
Go to slide show menu
Click on action button
Select any action button like end
Place the cursor in hyperlinks
Select any slide
Click on ok.
Rehearse timings:-
This option is used to break the animation, repeat the slide, next until you press next button it
will not display next slide.
Procedure:-
First create some slides
Go to slide show menu
Click on rehearse timings
Next click on pause to break the animation
Next click on repeat option
To display animation
Next click on close option
To get normal window
Go to view menu
Click on normal option.
Hide slide:- This option is used to hide the slides in the view show.
Procedure:-
First create some slides
Next select the slide to hide
Go to slide show menu
Click on hide show option
Next press F5 for view show.
To unhide slide:-
First select the hide slide
Go to slide show menu
Click on hide slide option
Next press F5 For view show
To get normal window
Go to view menu
Click on normal option.
Slide from files: - This option is used to add the previous presentation to present documents.
Procedure:-
First create a new presentation
Go to home ribbon option
Click on reuse slides
Click on browse option
Select the previous slides
Click on open
Then select the slide
Give right click on it
Click on insert all slides option.
Gray scale: - It is used to changes all the slides into black & white slides.
Procedure:-
First create the slide
Go to view menu
Click on color/gray
Click on gray scale option.
Handouts master:-
This option is used to set the slide in your page. It is used for the print preview.
Procedure:-
first create the slide
go to view menu
click on master
click on handouts option
next set the slide
click on ok
next press the preview option.
