countries.

Performance Standard: The learner creates artworks showing the characteristic elements of the arts of East Asia.

Learning Competencies: At the end of the session, learners are expected to:
1. Explains how East Asian music relates to its geography and culture;
2. creat crafts that can be locally assembled with local materials, guided by local traditional techniques.
3. appreciate the importance of elements and principles of arts in creating a beautiful artwork.

1. What are the purposes of the arts and crafts of East Asian countries?

d. Presenting instances or situations that relates to the topic.


1. Each arts and craft of each countries has significant meaning and purpose. Origami of Japan for example, they make
origami crane that they believed if they make 1000 of it their wish will be granted.

e. Discuss new concepts and test the knowledge of the learners about the topic.
e.1 Kite is one of the most relaxing and enjoyable leisure, but did u know that kite was used by the Chinese people to spy
their enemies and it also one of the greatest contribution in science technology. Electricity was discovered because of
kite.
