TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM; check-out time is at 12:00 NN sharp.

2. For early check-in or late check-out requests (depending on room availability), Php 200.00 will be charged.
3. Guest(s) are required to deposit Php 1,000.00 as security bond upon check-in. This will be returned upon check
out provided no damages have been incurred to the room.
4. Guest(s) will be charged for Henna-stained linens. The rates are as follows:
- Fitted sheet Php 1,800.00
- Flat sheet 1,800.00
- Pillow case 500.00
- Bath Towel 800.00
- Face Towel 300.00
5. Guest(s) will be charged for damaged hotel equipments, such as, television, air-condition, water heater, lamp
etc. Damages to said items are subject to investigation.
6. The hotel management is not liable for lost valuables. Guest(s) are advised to use the safety deposit box for
their belongings.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. There are designated smoking areas within the hotel.
8. Cancellation of booking should be at least seven (7) days prior to arrival, else the booking will be considered as
sold and no refund shall be given.
9. Cancellation of booking shall incur a penalty fee. Please refer below:

14 days to 29 days prior to arrival 10% of total booking amount

10. Changing of booking dates should be at least three (3) days prior to arrival else no change will be honored.
11. Room assignment is subject to change without prior notice.
12. Guests who fail to show up on their booking date due to unforeseen events, such as but not limited to,
cancelled flights, storms, and the like, are not entitled for a refund.
13. The airport transfer service is not part of Island Nook Hotel but is a third-party provider. We shall not be liable
for any discrepancy or unforeseen events that may arise. Island Nook Hotel shall ONLY facilitate the scheduling of
airport transfers and the collection of payments.
14. Payment for the airport transfer service must be settled upon check-in and must be paid in cash and in
Philippine Pesos.
15. Please be reminded that you have agreed and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Island Nook Hotel.
DIRECTIONS AND TRANSPORTATION TIPS
Thank you for booking with Island Nook Hotel. As our valued guest, we have prepared this transportation guide for
your convenience. Please remember that we have two airports accessible to Boracay Island: Kalibo Airport and
Caticlan Airport. First, determine your airport of arrival then follow this guide.
From Kalibo Airport
1. Take a van or bus ride from the airport going to Caticlan port. This ride will cost around P200.00 per person.
This is already inclusive of the boat ride from the Caticlan port to Boracay Island. Travel time from Kalibo Airport
to Caticlan Port is approximately two (2) hours.
2. Upon arrival at the Caticlan Port Terminal, you have to pay an environmental fee of P75.00 and terminal fee of
P25.00 per person.
3. From the port, you will take a pump boat going to Boracay Island’s Port. Travel time is around fifteen (15)
minutes.
4. When you have reached Boracay Island’s port, take a tricycle going to Island Nook Hotel. Island Nook Hotel is
located at Station 2 beside Crystal Clear near D’ Mall. The tricycle ride will cost P100.00. A maximum of four (4)
persons can share the tricycle ride. Travel time is another fifteen (15) minutes.
From Caticlan Airport
1. Take a tricycle ride from Caticlan Airport to the Caticlan Port. The tricycle ride will cost P50.00 for a maximum
of four (4) people. Travel time is around five (5) minutes.
2. Upon arrival at the Caticlan Port Terminal, you have to pay an environmental fee of P75.00 and terminal fee of
P25.00 per person.
3. From the port, you will take a pump boat going to Boracay Island’s Port. Travel time is around fifteen (15)
minutes.
4. When you have reached Boracay Island’s port, take a tricycle going to Island Nook Hotel. Island Nook Hotel is

Important Reminders:
1. If you’re arriving from Kalibo Airport, you have to take a van or bus ride to go to Caticlan Port. Please keep in
mind that the drivers usually ensure that each vehicle is filled with passengers before leaving. Most of the time, the
ride will not leave if there are very few passengers.
2. We have included the corresponding prices and fees you will need to reach the hotel. This is to serve as your
guide so you will not be cheated by crooks.
3. In instances wherein you don’t want to carry your heavy bags, you can ask the porters to carry it for you. The
fee is P50.00. You can give a higher fee if you wish.
4. Quoted fares are for one-way travel to the island. For round-trip travel, just reverse the process.
For a hassle-free way of getting to and from Island Nook Hotel, just avail of our airport transfer service for a fee of
P850.00 (Caticlan Airport) and P1,000.00 (Kalibo Airport) per person. This is a round-trip airport transfer service
inclusive of all land transportation, boat fees and taxes. * As of January 2012, additional Php 200 will be charged
for round trip airport transfer for a single person pick up only.
