KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, LOURDES C. BANQUERIGO, a resident of 311 Rose Avenue, Glen Burnie, MD
21061, Maryland, U.S.A.; CORAZON C. BANQUERIGO, a resident of 1800 IDLEWILD DR APT
7, Reno, NV 89509-1007, U.S.A.; GENEROSA C. BANQUERIGO, a resident of 4408 Hopper
Avenue, Baltimore, MD, U.S.A. and SOCORRO BANQUERIGO-YU, a resident of 22138 Nicolle
Avenue, Carson, CA 90745, U.S.A., all of legal age, American citizens, married, and by virtue of
these presents, DO HEREEBY name, and appoint their sister, MONALISA BANQUERIGO,
likewise of legal age, American citizen, married and a resident of barangay Tubtubon, Sibulan,
Negros Oriental, as our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to
do and perform the following acts and deeds;

1. To enter, sign and execute a Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement and Sale on any or all of
the real properties of their late mother, DIOSDADA BANQUERIGO, located in the
Municipality of Sibulan and in the Province of Negros Oriental, and to receive the
proceeds thereof;

2. To process, claim and receive all the monies and proceeds of the Death benefits of the
late DISODADA BANQUERIGO from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)
or from any other government agencies;

3. To withdraw and receive all the monies of DIOSDADA BANQUERIGO from her Savings
Account with the Philippine National Bank, Dumaguete City Branch, under Account No.
__________;

4. To sign all or whatever documents or papers pertaining to and relative to the powers
above-granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact, full power and
authority to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the
foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might be or could lawfully do, if
personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
