I request the position as stated above in the West Covina Youth PONY Baseball League for the 2009 Season. I
understand that my application must approved by the League before Managing and/or Coaching a team. If approved, I
agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations, By-Laws and Code of Conduct as set for by the Board of Directors of
WCYPB. I also understand that it will be my responsibility to comply with all League Ground Rules as well as PONY
Baseball Rules, whether or not I have knowledge of, understand or agree with such rules. Failure to comply with such

The umpire(s) shall have the authority and discretion to penalize the
offender according to the degree of the infraction. This would include
a warning to the removal from the game and/or field area. Removal
from the game or causing a forfeit is an automatic shift in the snack
bar. This shift cannot be served while suspended and must be
completed before being allowed to return to your normal duties.

The Board of Directors will review all infractions. Depending on the


seriousness of the frequency of the infractions(s), the Board of
Directors may assess additional disciplinary action. The guidelines
for handling disciplinary action are outlined in the PONY Baseball,
Inc. Rules and Regulations. Repeated infractions may result in
dismissal from the League.
