They use qualitative furcating techniques because this is an approach to

forecasting that is based on intuitive or judgement evaluation. It is used generally

when the data are scarce, not available, or no longer relevant. There are common

types of qualitative methods or techniques like personal insight, sales force

estimate, market research. They use this typed of forecasting because it relies

upon the knowledge of highly experience employees and consultants to provide

insight into future outcomes.

Because it allows greater efficiency and better control for purchasing functions it

makes also much easier to maintain policies and procedures that promote more

effective buying process.

Because now a days one of the most important thing that the company should

have is technology that can determine the customer demand. Using this typed of

Using a combination of both of these method (qulitative method, quantitative

method) to estimate the sales, revenues, production and expensess will help the

company to create more accurate plans to guide the business.

All company recieve cash as a mode of payment because cash payment are

usefull for low value items or if other methods are unreliable.

cheque is bocoming less frequent.
