Installation Procedures
1. Installation material & tools needed
Insulation material (EPS and thickness >10mm, drainage pipe, anti-vibration gasket, suspender )
Caution: pls. make sure the unit drainage pipe outlet and water pump water inlet should seal carefully to avoid and water leakage

2. Installation
Fix the water pump to suspender by use of nut and gasket, install the unit drainage pipe outlet and water pump water inlet, the
drainage pump can't be too long, suggest within 0.5m length.
Caution: Make sure the unit drainage pipe outlet and water pump water inlet must be same level (see attached picture), make sure
the water can flow into water pump freely, avoid water flow backwards .

3. The water connection port should also have insulation treatment besides use tape seal treatment, to avoid freezing water drop to
the floor.

4. If the water quality is very bad ,pls. add water filter to avoid the jam happens.

5. Wiring connection :the wire length of water pump, flow switch and earth wire and PCB is 0.8m ( pls. prepre the wire locally if
real needed );
(1) Water pump power wire should connect to CN 4/7 of indoor PCB
(2) Flow switch wire connection to CB 13/11 port of indoor PCB
(3) Connect to earth wire to indoor PCB to right position

The self-prepared drainage pipe material request:weather proof, anti-corrosion, and flexible easy to change direction.

6. Water pump water outlet installation request

Can refer the 4-way cassette type indoor units.
Horizontal drainage
The drainpipe should be designed with a down gradient of 1/100. The midway of the elbow shouldn't be made in S shape. Or
abnormal noise may be caused.
The lateral length of the drainpipe should be kept within 20m. Under the condition of long pipe, a support should be provided every
1.52~2m to avoid unevenness.

Lifting drainage
The drainpipe can be lifted 500mm.
When the down gradient of the drainpipe can't be ensured, after upright lifting, the drainpipe is in the down slope.
Cautions:
(1) water outlet pipe dimension should limited to 26mm(water leakage happens if too big size )
(2) water pump water outlet length should instal according to the pictures.

Confirm drainage
The drainage should be confirmed during the test run to make sure that there is leakage at the connection.
The confirmation of drainage should be also performed during the installation in the winter season.

Malfunction and solutions

Malfucntion
Water pump not working after power on
Indoor light flash 8 times :water pump malfunction or wired
remote controller display E0 malfunction
Solutions
Check the water pump wire whether it is conection rightly
Check the water pump and flow switch is normal
