Run Time Environment Known Issues

Common
Common reference objects are defined centrally and shared across applications. This includes
Applications Core objects.
This section lists known issues in the following areas:
 Common Applications Configuration

 Customization and Extensibility

 Oracle Business Intelligence

Common Applications Configuration

Scheduling User-Management and Role-Management Processes
User-creation and role-provisioning problems are occurring because two critical processes are
not being scheduled. The processes are Retrieve Latest LDAP Requests and Send Pending
LDAP Requests. You must schedule both processes to run daily.
Retrieve Latest LDAP Requests processes updates that are coming from the LDAP (Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol) directory of Oracle Identity Management (OIM) to Oracle Fusion
Applications. This process has no parameters but must run to completion before Send
Pending LDAP Requests is run. Oracle recommends that you leave a gap between the
scheduled start times of these processes. Depending on the size of your enterprise and the
number of updates that you would expect, a gap of 1 or 2 hours may suffice.
The Send Pending LDAP Requests process sends future-dated user-account and role-
provisioning requests from Oracle Fusion to OIM when they become current. The response
from OIM to Oracle Fusion HCM indicates transaction status (for example, Completed). Send
Pending LDAP Requests has two required parameters, User Type and Batch Size. You must
complete these parameters; otherwise, the process does not run. Oracle recommends that
you set User Type to All and Batch Size to A, which causes batch size to be calculated
automatically.
Note that once these processes are scheduled to run daily, you cannot run them on an ad-hoc
basis. If you opt to run them ad hoc, then remember that the parameters are required.

Oracle Business Intelligence

BI Publisher Report Developers Cannot Modify Reports They Create
Using BI Publisher Customize Feature
After you invoke the Customize operation on a BI Publisher report, the security settings on
the custom version of the BI Publisher are set so that only a user with BI Administrator role
can change the custom report.

 Resolution
A user with BI Administrator role should grant Full permission to the BI Author roll on the
custom report.

Customer Need to Set Default Currency as Entered to Show Graphs

Customer need to set Default Currency as Entered Currency to make Fusion Innovation
Management Embedded Reports to show the graphs.

 Resolution
This release notes documented the workaround to make the reports work correctly.

Ideas Real Time Subject are not Ready for Adhoc Reporting
Consumption
Ideas Real Time Subject are not ready for adhoc reporting consumption until further patch
bundle update. Ideas and Requirements Real Time subject areas are not data secured until
further patch bundle update.

Innovation Management

Reporting Across Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence

(BI) Subject Areas
You can report across two or more subject areas in Oracle Fusion Transactional BI only if the
dimensions that are used in the query appear in every subject area in the query. Fact
information does not need to be shared. Producing queries that include dimensions that are
not shared is a frequent requirement. Such queries are not possible.

 Resolution
See the Whitepaper Oracle Fusion Applications OTBI: Guidelines for creating cross subject
area analyses in Oracle Transactional BI (OTBI) (Document 1567672.1) on My Oracle Support.

12 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

Customization and Extensibility

FusionFx Skin is no Longer Available
A new UI skin is available to customers and is updated by default for customers not using a
custom skin. If customers still have a custom skin based on FusionFx the application pages will
not render the colors correctly. They need to use Navigator > Tools > Appearance to set a new
skin.

Panel Drawer Customization in Simplified Pages Is Not Available

Page Composer enables customization of simplified pages, which are alternative user
interfaces that provide quick access to high-volume and self-service tasks and enable
productivity from any device. However, this capability does not include customization of the
panel drawer, which is the UI component that slides out on the right side of the page.

Using Page Composer for Simplified Pages in Low Reso lution

When you use Page Composer to edit the content of full-size dialog boxes on simplified pages
at resolution 1024 by 768 and lower, the composer toolbar is covered by the dialog box.

 Resolution
Use a bigger monitor or higher resolution when customizing simplified pages using Page
Composer. If that is not possible, move the dialog box lower on the screen.

Managing Job Sets: Highlights

The Managing Job Sets: Highlights help file covers a feature that is not available in this
release. By default, this help is available in the help system, and possibly in some
implementation guides.

 Resolution
Use the Manage Custom Help page in Oracle Fusion Applications Help to set the status of this
help file to Inactive.

Oracle Visual Information Navigator

Dependency Map supports Maximum of 1200 Nodes.
Dependency Map supports a maximum of 1200 nodes.

Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11) 13

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

Only 100 Results are Displayed when Search Query Returns More
than 100 Results
If a search query returns more than 100 results, then only 100 results are displayed in the
search results area of the Dependency Map.

 Resolution
Ensure that you narrow your search results scope by entering enough key words that are
relevant to your query.

Upgrade
Recent Items and Favorites Missing After Upgrade
After upgrading to this release, some pages that used to be desktop pages are now simplified
pages. Any navigation to such desktop pages would have changed; as a result, Recent Items
and Favorites entries for these pages will no longer work. Rather than leave these entries for
users to click on and get errors, they are automatically removed from Recent Items and
Favorites after upgrade.
22498505

 Resolution
Users can visit the new simplified pages to update Recent Items, and add the pages to
Favorites as well.

UI Skin
Skin Customizations of Older Styles Can No Longer Be Applied
Customizations on components that were based on the older skin are not available for further
modification.

 Resolution
Create a new default skin based on the new Skyros CSS and continue with the necessary
customizations.

The Older Fusionfx Skin Has Been Replaced with Skyros

A new UI skin (skyros) is available. It is applied by default to all applications on which you
have not used any custom UI skin. If you have applied a custom UI skin, continue to view it. If
you want to change it to the new UI skin, modify the profile option
FND_CSS_SKIN_FAMILY.

14 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

However, in scenarios in which you have applied a custom UI skin but reverted to the earlier
Oracle Fusion skin, the Skyros UI skin cannot be applied automatically during the update. You
will need to change the skin manually using the profile option.

reporting UI. See "Setting Up Functional Security for Audit: Worked Example" in the
"Implementing Sales" guide.

Export Using the New View Criteria Fails in Sandbox

During the export job creation process, if you create a view criteria (ViewCriteria) while
configuring an export (Step 2), then the export will not succeed if the view criteria is created
and used within a sandbox.

 Resolution
Once the sandbox has been published, you can use the new view criteria to successfully
export data.

Formatting Note Content on an iPad Collapses the Keypad

When using an iPad, if you format Note content, then the iPad's keypad is not accessible. The
following formatting operations result in the keypad not displaying: - Bulleting - Numbering -
Moving text to align right, align center, or justify - Adding color to the text or background

 Resolution
Avoid formatting a note when using an iPad.

Incorrect Event Type Displayed for Imported Opportunities

When you import new opportunities, the event may appear as Update instead of Insert in the
Audit Report.

In Oracle Social Network, clicking on the View Details link on the Call Report collection doesn't
open the call report details page in the simplified UI. Instead, it opens the Activities work area
with a blank page in the desktop UI.

 Resolution
To view the call report details, go to the simplified UI and find the call report in the activities
list. Modify the My Call Reports saved search to view all call reports you can see.

Oracle Application Composer

Accessing Parent Object Data When Creating Records in Custom
Subtabs: Self-Referencing Relationships not Supported
In the case of self-referencing object relationships, both 1:M and M:M, you can't access
parent object data when you create records in custom subtabs. For example, you can have
the same custom object (such as Trouble Ticket) as both the source as well as the target of a
1:M or M:M relationship. However, when you create new records in a subtab for such a
relationship, you can't access the parent record data.

Only custom roles listed on Application Compos er Role Security

Page under Common Setup.
On the Role Security page in Application Composer, under Common Setup, the administrator
can view only custom roles, not reference roles.

 Resolution
To view the reference roles that have access to a custom object, the administrator must
navigate to the Security node for each custom object. Using the Security node, the
administrator can select from a filter to view custom roles only, reference roles only, or both.

Reports Built On Custom Subject Are as With Custom Dynamic

Choice List Relationships Do Not Return Records Where Dynamic
Choice List Fields Have Null Values
If a custom subject area includes a custom dynamic choice list relationship and the dynamic
choice list's data object is a custom object, then the report result will not return records
where the custom dynamic choice list field value is null. However, if the custom dynamic
choice list's data object is a standard object, then the report result does return records where
the dynamic choice list field value is null. For reports including standard dynamic choice list
relationships, the result will also return records where the field value is null.

 Resolution
Customers should create separate subject areas that each include a single custom dynamic
choice list, and build a union report that combines results from the subject areas.

Cannot create duplicate child record under different parent records

A child record name must be unique and can only be associated with one parent record.

 Resolution
You can simulate the use of a single child record under more than one parent record by
creating separate records under each parent using unique but similar names for each child
record.

Publishing a Sandbox

accessible through SOAP Web services. However, the new child objects and new fields will
not be accessible through SOAP Web services.

 Resolution

20 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

You can manually update the XSD by changing the Required value of any field of the object.
For example, to manually cause an update to the object model schema for an industry

Cannot Set Primary Opportunity Contact Directly Through Parent

Opportunity Resource
If an opportunity has an associated account but not an associated contact, then an error
appears when you directly update the opportunity record with the KeyContactID.

 Resolution
Associate the primary contact by setting the primary flag on the child contact record and not
on the parent-level opportunity record.

Cannot Pass Multiple Dependent Attributes in a Single Call

In a single POST or PATCH, a client application cannot pass values for multiple dependent
attributes at the same time, even if those values are correct. For example, when calling the
RESTful Opportunities service, attributes such as sales stage and sales method cannot be
passed at the same time.

 Resolution
Make two calls, first to set the parent attribute and then to set the dependent attribute.

Cannot Query Date Fields with Literal Operators When Using q

Parameters
When using ‘q parameters’ to query date fields, the only valid operator is the equal symbol.
Literals such as EQUALS will not work. For example, ?q=DealExpirationDate>12-12-2014 or
?q=DealExpirationDate EQUALS 12-12-2014 will fail.

 Resolution
Use finders where available, as this restriction only applies to ‘q parameters’.

Cannot Use q Parameters for Case -Insensitive Search

You can’t use ‘q parameters’ to perform a case-insensitive search.

Cannot Run Batch Query if Each GET Operati on has Different q

Cannot Determine List of Valid Values When Creating New Record

When using POST to create a new record, it is not possible to programmatically determine the
list of valid values that can be used in record attributes of type Choice List. This applies to
both standard lists of values that are preconfigured with Sales Cloud as well as custom lists of
values created with Application Composer.

 Resolution
The client application calling the REST service must have prior knowledge of the valid values.

Groovy setAttribute Command Fails in Object Functions when

Invoked Using REST Call
If you invoke a Groovy object function with a REST call and that object function includes a
setAttribute, then the setAttribute will fail even though the remainder of the object function

Possible to Overwrite System-Generated WHO Columns Using REST

If you use Application Composer to create a custom object, then a client application can
overwrite the system-generated WHO columns (created_by, creation_date, last_updated_by,
last_update_date) using REST. This only applies to custom objects created with Application
Composer and does not apply to preconfigured objects.

 Resolution
To avoid potential data corruption, client applications calling on REST resources for custom
objects should avoid changing the contents of these columns/attributes.

Navigating to Custom Child Objects is Different Depending on

When Child Objects Were Created
Using the "Manage Oracle Social Network Objects" task, you can enable objects for Oracle
Social Network conversations. When enabling custom child objects of the Sales Lead object,
you must look in two different places depending on when the custom child objects were
created. This means that, regardless of the release that you're currently on, you might have
to enable custom child objects of the Sales Lead object using two different navigation paths
under the "Manage Oracle Social Network Objects" task.

 Resolution

Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11) 25

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

To access custom child objects of Sales Lead that were created prior to Release 10, navigate

Oracle Trading Community Model

Impact of Removing Date Effectivity Functionality
Removing Date Effectivity functionality impacts triggers that were added using CRM
Application Composer on the objects Trading Community Organization Profile and Trading
Community Person Profile. If you added a Before Insert trigger or an After Insert trigger for a
functional use-case of your custom logic, then when a row is updated because of a date-
effectivity row split, these triggers will not activate.

 Resolution
Move the code to a Before Update or After Update trigger. You can continue to keep the logic
that you want to activate only on a new organization or person creation in Before Insert or
After Insert triggers.

Object Functions with Return Types List and Map and Date can't be

Unable to Delete Assignment Info rmation in Target Environment
when using Assignment Objects and Rules Setup Data Export and
Import
The application allows you to delete assignment objects, assignment attributes, rule
categories, rule sets, rules and conditions in an environment, for example test. If that setup
data subsequently is exported and then imported into another environment, for example
production, the data in the target database is not removed.

 Resolution
If your implementation plans to import and export setup data for Assignment Objects and
Assignment Rules, you must ensure not to delete assignment objects, rule categories, rule
sets, and rules. You must set them to inactive in case you want to delete them. Additionally,
you must not delete assignment rule conditions. Instead, you must set the rule to inactive and
then recreate the rule excluding the condition that is no longer needed.
Before using the assignment objects and rules setup data export, you must publish the
assignment objects and rules. Similarly, after importing the assignment setup data, you must
review and publish the assignment objects and rules setup data to make them available for
assignment processing.

My Key Contacts Widget Removed from Sales Dashboard
My Key Contacts on the Sales dashboard Home page, which shows and allows creating
business contacts, has been removed from Sales dashboard Home page and is no longer
available to add to dashboard pages. My Key Contacts is outdated in Release 8 due to the
new person-centric contacts model that supports standalone contacts. My Key Contacts has
been replaced by My Favorite Contact lists on the Manage Contacts page in the Desktop UI,
and the Contacts page in the Simplified UI.
If you added My Key Contacts via personalization, you will continue to see this widget on your
personalized dashboard page after upgrading. However, it will not support person-centric
contacts, and might have other diminished functionality. For example, you can create
contacts not associated with a customer, but you cannot search for such contacts within the
"My Key Contacts" widget. Only contacts with an associated customer can be searched,
viewed, and managed within this widget.

 Resolution
Use My Favorite Contact lists in the Manage Contacts page in Desktop UI, and the Contacts

Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence

Using Tree-Based Accounting Segment Dimensions Requires Tree
Filters
Within Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence, Accounting Segment Dimensions
such as Balancing segment or Cost Center segment are based on the Chart of Accounts
configuration. These segments can be configured to be tree-enabled, which means that
hierarchies are defined upon the segment values for rollup purposes.
In such scenarios, you must filter by a specific hierarchy when performing ad-hoc queries
against tree-based accounting segments. Incorrect results may occur if tree filters are not
applied.
To apply tree filters, create a filter condition on Tree Filter attributes in Accounting Segment
Dimensions.

Data Masking
Configuration of data masking in the Oracle Fusion Applications environment requires
execution of the data masking script. In the Oracle Human Capital Management product
family environment, the index rebuild of index FUSION.EGP_ITEM_TEXT_TL_CTX1 is excluded
from the data masking script for performance and safety considerations.

 Resolution
Manually rebuild the index after the script has been executed.
1. To rebuild FUSION.EGP_ITEM_TEXT_TL_CTX1, manually run one of the following DDL
commands:
alter index FUSION.EGP_ITEM_TEXT_TL_CTX1 rebuild parallel;
or
alter index FUSION.EGP_ITEM_TEXT_TL_CTX1 rebuild;

2. The first command builds the index with the parallel option. It achieves the same
result as the second command, but runs faster. (Actual performance varies depending
on the size of the index and the server configuration.)

Compensation
Grade Step Progression
The Grade Step Progression grouping and tasks appear in the Compensation work area
taskpane for the delivered Compensation Administrator and Compensation Manager roles.
However, automated grade step progression functionality is not fully delivered and should
not be used. These tasks will be hidden in release 11 patch bundle 1, and then will reappear
based on the user's security when automated grade step progression functionality is fully
delivered in a later patch bundle.

 Resolution
Do not click on or use the grade step progression tasks.

Fusion Cloud Release 11 Introduces New Modern UI Skin Which
Modifies Application Page URLs
Fusion Cloud Release 11 introduces a new modern UI skin which modifies application page
URLs. This is will likely impact your upgrade process. You will need to communicate the new
URLs to your external supplier users. You should also check whether you have published your
Supplier Portal URLs in various locations such as on your company websites or in other
documentation. You will need to update these locations as well. If you do not use the new
Supplier Portal URLs, then you can still access Supplier Portal in Release 11, however the
application pages will display using the old UI skin.
Supplier Portal URL changes from:

Procurement Approval Management Pages have been Enhance d to

Improve Performance when Managing Large Rules Set
The Procurement Approval Management pages have been enhanced to improve performance
when managing a large set of rules. This enhancement requires you to run an upgrade
process if you are upgrading to Release 11. If you have a more than a hundred rules for an
approval task (requisition, purchasing documents, negotiations or supplier registration), the
upgrade process will require an ESS job to be run. After upgrade, the process will kick off the
first time you access the approval management pages for an approval task. You can modify
the approval rules only after the upgrade process is complete.

 Budgetary Control

 Project Resource Management

Setup
Limitations with Importing Resource Breakdown Structures
This issue affects Oracle Fusion Project Foundation.
The planning and billing resource breakdown structures that are eligible for import by means
of the Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager service are limited based on the resource
type. All resources on a planning or billing resource breakdown structure must be one of the
following resource types:
 Person

 Organization

 Job

 Expenditure Category

 Expenditure Type

 Resource Class

If a resource breakdown structure contains a resource type that is not included in this list, the
structure will not be imported into the target environment.

 Resolution
Perform one of these tasks:
 Remove all resources from the resource breakdown structure in the source
environment that are not one of the resource types listed above before exporting the
resource breakdown structure.

 Reenter the resource breakdown structure manually in the target environment for the
resource types that are not supported.

44 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

Security
Security Privileges for Processing and Reviewing Commitment
Transactions
This issue affects Oracle Fusion Project Costing.
In a previous release of Oracle Fusion Project Costing, existing security privileges controlled
access to processing and reviewing third-party commitment transactions. Users with
privileges to process actual cost transactions
(PJC_RUN_IMPORT_AND_PROCESS_PROJECT_COST_TRANSACTIONS_PROCESS) could also
process commitments. Similarly, users with privileges to review actual cost transactions
(PJC_MANAGE_PROJECT_EXPENDITURE_ITEM) could also review commitments.
In this release of Oracle Fusion Project Costing, new security privileges allow explicit access
to processing and reviewing actual costs and commitments. However, due to limitations in
modifying existing privileges, users who can process and review actual costs can also process
and review commitments.

 Resolution
Provide the following privileges for users to process and review only commitment
transactions and not actual cost transactions:
PJC_RUN_PROCESS_PROJECT_COMMITMENT_TRANSACTIONS_PROCESS_PRIV

PJC_VIEW_PROJECT_COMMITMENT_TRANSACTIONS_PRIV

PJC_VIEW_PROJECT_COMMITMENT_TRANSACTIONS_DATA

Alternatively, remove the commitment-related task flows from the following privileges for
users to process and review only actual cost transactions:
PJC_RUN_IMPORT_AND_PROCESS_PROJECT_COST_TRANSACTIONS_PROCESS

PJC_MANAGE_PROJECT_EXPENDITURE_ITEM

Budgetary Control
Account Hierarchy Tree Labels
The budget account hierarchy tree labels should not be reused across account segment
values since this may cause errors in the Budgetary Control Dashboard. For example, if the
label for Fund is level1, do not reuse the label level1 for Department hierarchies.

Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11) 45

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

 Resolution
Use unique label names across budget segment values. For example, use segment specific
labels for each budget segment, such as Fund-level1 for Fund and Department-level1 for
Department.

Control Budget Name Synchronization

When you change the control budget name, the name is not automatically updated in the
budgetary control cube, which may cause errors on the Budgetary Control Dashboard and
other reporting tools that use the cube data.

 Resolution
After you change the control budget name, run the Rebuild Control Budget Dimension
program to update the control budget names in the budgetary control cube.

Dashboard Customization
The Budgetary Control Dashboard customization is not enabled for this release.

Encumbrance Journals for Burden Amounts

Encumbrance journals for the burden amounts in requisitions and purchase orders are not
automatically generated. The burden actual amount is accounted when the transactions are
transferred to Project Costing.

 Resolution
Add subledger accounting rules to include the burden encumbrance amount.

Maximum Number of Budget Rows That Can Be Imported

The maximum number of rows that can be imported through the Oracle ADF Desktop
Integration spreadsheet interface is 10,000.

 Resolution
To import more than 10,000 rows, use a file-based loader to import budgets directly from the
open interface table. Alternatively, divide the budgets into multiple loads of less than 10,000
rows.

Source Budget Name for Automatically Generated Control Budgets

The source budget name for control budgets that are automatically generated from projects
is an internal identifier that is not intuitive for end users.

46 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

 Resolution
The control budget name is a concatenation of the project number, control dimension and
control level. Ask your budget manager to review the control budget and identify the
corresponding control budget names.

Project Resource Management

Comparing Resource Qualifications
When comparing resource qualifications on the Compare Resources page, an error occurs if
star ratings and numeric ratings aren't defined for each rating level in the rating model used
for proficiency in competencies.

 Resolution

on the Manage Profile Rating Models setup page. The star and numeric rating values must be
the same as the rating level.

Order Management Cloud

Cannot Make Some Changes to Sales Order that Drop Ship Supplier
Fulfills
You cannot make some changes to a sales order that a drop ship supplier fulfills:
 If your sales order includes a model or a shipment set, and if the supplier shipped
some of the order lines but other order lines are awaiting shipment, then you can use
your order capture system to cancel only the order lines that the supplier has not yet
shipped. You must not use any other system or application to change this sales order,
including Oracle Procurement.

50 Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11)

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

 If Order Management Cloud sends a purchase request to Oracle Procurement, and

then Oracle Procurement creates a purchase requisition for this request but has not
yet created a purchase order for this requisition, then you can only cancel the order
line, and only if the line that you cancel is not part of a model or shipment set.
 If the supplier partially ships a purchase order through a drop ship, then you can use
your order capture system to cancel only the quantity that this supplier has not yet
shipped. Order Management cannot process any changes that you make to the
purchase order. Therefore, you must not revise the purchase order in Procurement.
In some situations, you must not change a sales order that Order Management has already
sent to Procurement. For example, assume goods are awaiting shipment and Order
Management receives a change order. In this situation, Order Management sends a request
to Procurement to place the purchase order on hold. Procurement processes this request,
and then Order Management updates the sales order and sends a request to revise the
purchase order. However, if the supplier rejects this change because they typically do not
accept changes that occur two days before the ship date, then the sales order in Order
Management and the purchase order in Procurement might contain different values.

 Resolution
Define a processing constraint. For example, if your supplier typically does not accept a
change two days before the Scheduled Ship Date, then create a processing constraint that
constrains your users from changing the sales order within two days of this date.

Encountered Procurement Error DOO_PO_OTHER

This error likely occurred because the purchase request sent to Oracle Procurement Cloud
includes data that is not valid.

 Resolution
Examine the corresponding error from Oracle Procurement for details, perform the suggested
action, and then retry the procurement task.

Fulfillment Line Remains at Requisition Created Status Even

Though Application Created Purchase Order
This error likely occurred because Oracle Procurement split the draft purchase order
schedule, but Order Management expected a single purchase order schedule for the
fulfillment line.

 Resolution
Make sure the supplier capacity and lead time in Global Order Promising is accurate so that
the buyer or supplier is not required to change the promise dates.

Oracle Fusion Applications Release 11 (11.1.11) 51

Oracle Fusion Applications Known Issues

Order Management Cannot Process Correction for Receipt During

Drop Ship
Order Management cannot process a correction for a receipt during a drop ship.

 Resolution
If the shipped quantity does not match the quantity on the original receipt, then it is
recommended that you do the following work:
 Quantity on the logical receipt is greater than the shipped quantity. Create a return
order that returns the excess quantity. It is recommended that you do not revise the
quantity on the logical receipt to match the shipped quantity.
 Shipped quantity is greater than the quantity on the logical receipt. Create a new
receipt for the excess shipped quantity. It is recommended that you do not revise the
shipped quantity to match the quantity on the logical receipt.

Order Management does not Support Ret urn to the Supplier

Order Management does not support a return to the supplier.

 Resolution
Return goods to an internal warehouse instead of to the supplier.

Scheduled Arrival Date Occurs Before the Scheduled Ship Date

If the supplier manages transportation, then the supplier might move the promised delivery
date to an earlier date on the purchase order schedule so that they can fulfill the sales order.
If the buyer manages transportation, then the buyer might move the promised ship date to a
later date on the purchase order schedule.

 Resolution
Make sure the supplier capacity and lead time in Global Order Promising is accurate so that
the buyer or supplier is not required to change the promise dates.

Contextual Address Maps

Map is Not Available for Contextual Addresses
With this release, the Mapping Service for Contextual Addresses profile option has no default
value. This profile option sets the mapping service for contextual addresses, which display a
map for addresses such as customer addresses or shipping addresses. An error occurs when
users access the map when the profile option is not set with a value.

 Resolution
1. Sign in as an administrative user.
2. Open the Setup and Maintenance work area (Navigator, Tools, Setup and
Maintenance).
3. Go to the Manage Administrator Profile Option Values task.
4. Find and select the Mapping Service for Contextual Addresses
(ATK_CONTEXT_ADDRESS_MAP_OPTION profile option.
