ITB 4.1 Replace ITB 4.1 with the following paragraphs:

A Bidder may be a firm that is a single entity or any combination of such entities
in the form of a joint venture or consortium under an existing agreement or with
the intent to enter into such an agreement supported by a letter of intent.

In the case of the combination, all members of the joint venture or consortium
shall be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the Contract in accord-
ance with the Contract terms.

The joint venture, or consortium, shall nominate one Member entity as “Lead
Member” who will represent all the members in discharging their obligations.
Accordingly the joint venture (or consortium) shall nominate one person as “Rep-
resentative” from the Lead Member who shall have the authority to conduct all
business for and on behalf of any and all members of the joint venture (or con-
sortium) during the bidding process and, in the event that the joint venture (or
consortium) is awarded the Contract, during the Contract execution.

In case of a joint venture/consortium, the number of members, including the Lead

Member, shall be restricted to four (4).
ITB 4.5 This bidding is not subject to prequalification.

ployer’s web site: www.nhsrcl.in.
Replace the word “in writing at the Employer’s address” in the second line of
ITB 7.1 with “in writing with the signature on behalf of the Bidder, delivered to
the Employer through email/courier/fax/by hand”.
