TV Screen Black - Flashlight Test - LED TV & LCD TV

Repair
We'll see how to fix the common feature of No Picture on your TV screen on LED and LCD TV. We use
flashlight testing to help to troubleshoot when determining a problem and avoid TV repair Bangalore.
This flashlight test will show you how to determine if any video appears on the screen and you have
backlights or not.

• In this test, we will show you how to determine if the problem is an LED driver for a bad T-con
board, a bad main board, or bad backlight inverters for LCD TVs or an LED TV. Most LCD TVs are
designed with the mainboard, T-con board, power supply board, and backlight inverter.
• Some TVs have a backlight inverter, some TVs have two backlight inverters and some have a
backlight inverter built into the power supply board. Most LED TVs have T-Con board, power
supply board, mainboard, LED driver board.
• Some LED TVs have an LED driver board built into the power supply board. If you don't have a
picture on your screen, the first thing we want to see is whether or not we have backlights. You
can do this in different ways.
• The first is to look at the back of your TV and see if you can see the white lights flashing through
the holes in the panel. You can do this in different ways. The first is to look through vent vents
on the back cover of your TV and see if the white lights flash through the holes in the panel.
Make sure to turn off all the lights in the room.
• As you can see on the screen, we can see the backlight is turned on by the top vent on the TV. If
it is difficult to see if your backlights are on, if the back cover is still on, you should remove the
back cover of your TV and look for the light shining through the panel. Here's what the case
looks like with the back cover removed and the backlights working.
• Once you have determined whether you have backlights or not, you can proceed to the next
steps. If your backlights are working, you have no image on the screen, which means the
problem is the T-con board or mainboard.
• Next, you want to see if you can listen to the audio. If you can't hear the audio, try having the
audio as soon as the TV movie goes off the screen in real-time. Or you can also test through the
inputs to see if you can hear any audio on any of the inputs.
• For example, you can connect your cable box to your TV and try to find the input for that cable
box, knowing that it will send audio to the TV. If you have audio and you have backlights, I
recommend starting by changing the T-Con board, because it's high time.
• If you do not have audio and you have backlights, then the problem may be the T-con board or
the mainboard. You need to turn each board individually to see which one solves the problem.
• If you don't have backlights, you want to turn off all the lights in the room and get the flashlight.
Apply power to your TV and hit the menu button on your remote. You won't see the menu until
you flash the flashlight on the screen.
• You should twist the flashlight and try different angles to see the menu. As you can see on our
screen, the menu appears and you can also read AV1 on the screen. It shows that the TV has no
backlights, but the image appears on the screen so that our inverter and the LED driver are bad
and our T-Con and mainboard are fine. I can turn the menu on and off so you can see it on our
screen and the image will appear and then disappear.
• At this point, the inverter or the LED driver or the power supply would like to replace the
inverter or LED driver. As a brief overview, if your TV has backlights and audio, I recommend
switching to a T-Con board first. If your TV has backlights but does not have audio, it may be a
bad T-con board or mainboard, and each board must be replaced individually to see what the
problem is.
• If you don't have backlights, you'll see a picture on the screen with a flashlight, which means
that your mainboard and T-con board are fine and you need to replace the backlight inverter or
backlight inverter on your LCD TV and the LED driver on your LED TV. If your TV is experiencing
