I was able seccured a document with signature of Mr. Micheal Veloso (President of Primary
Outlook Logistics Corp.) to prove the connection of Mr. Micheal Veloso to Primary Outlook
Logistics Corp.

Noted: Barangay Hall will not accept cases involving with companies. Barangay adviced to go directly to City Hall for
Summon..

Action: Waiting for your advice Maam Beth for my action.

NK Logistics
We conducted a meeting last Oct. 19, 2018 with the client together with C&C and BD.
Were not able to talk to the owner, but her secretary was there in his behalf. NK Logistics
asked for billing statement attached to SOA.

Action: Planned to reset a meeting with the owners presence.

MJ4 Transport Logistics

We conducted a meeting last Oct. 19, 2018 with the client together with C&C and BD in
the house of Fe Marababol (Owner of MJ4 Transport) .

Note: She provided some document for closure of her business. (mga property na natira ni MJ4 ay 2 steel cabinet, 1 X-rox
machine.. wala na tayong iba pang mapiga sa mga property nya maam beth.)

Action: Ask owner's property for Dacion

First Visit: BTS Cargo Solution

I conducted surviellance to Brgy. Hall of Tayud Consolacion which their yard and office
located, no records found of the said business/company. The incharge said maybe the
company operated illegally by not complying Business Permit.
Second I conducted surviellance to area in which address indicated in our system,
confirmed BTS Cargo Solution Yard still hold the address that they provide to Delbros. But
their office was not present in the area. I talked some people pretending to bea customer. I
got some infos regarding BTS Cargo Solution, that the owner Rabbie Piamonte was residing at
El Monte Verde Subd. In Lamak Consolacion. And I also confirmed that they still in
operation, because I spoke to one of his driver (truck plate no. 073210).

Note: I have important info that can take us towards Rabbie Piamonte. Ive known one of his business, which located at
Consolacion (Tambayan sa Lacion Food Park, Stall #23, Business name: Kandingan sa Tambayan). I also surviellance
them on facebook ive got also proof that the owner of BTS Cargo and Kandingan sa Tamabayan is Rabbie Piamonte.

Action: We conducted surviellance last October 19, 2018, together with C&C and BD. Para maka set kami ng
meeting sa Client. Pero gabi pa daw mag open yung store nila. Kaya plano ko bisitahin ko sila ng gabi, Set to
ng schedule para dyan..
