5. That in the event that a complaint is filed with PARI against the applicant in relation to the
above warranties, the applicant shall submit itself to the jurisdiction of PARI and shall abide by
any decision rendered by PARI on the dispute.

6. The product to be released complies with other industry standards as well as ethical standards.

7. The above is based on documents submitted and may be revoked upon a showing of
misrepresentation or falsification on the part of the applicant.
