NOTIFICATION
Eligible interested candidates shall obtain application form and submit their applications with
attested copies (duly attested by the Gazetted officer) of all qualification Certificates on or before
21.12.2019 by 5-00 PM in the office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services, Government
District Hospital campus, Krishna, Machilipatnam.
