This section talks about the industry to which your business belongs. What are
the significant factors that lead you to create your company and product/s or service/s to
offer to the market. Is your product an improvement of an existing one or a new and
original product? What is the current business situation (internal and external factors)
relative to the industry to which your company/product belong? Do not talk bout your
company in this section.

of your product? What market need are you serving?

This section contains the description of the company, the business owners, the
type of business (e.g. manufacturing, retail, service, others), type of organization (e.g.
sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation – stock or non-stock)
Mission, Vision, Values

The reason for your company’s existence. What is your mission? What do you
do? Refer to page 104 of the book. (Organization and Management by: Cynthia Zarate)

What does the company want to achieve and where does it want to go in the
future? Refer to page 102 of your book.

How can your buyers find your product? Where can they buy/order? How can
they order? Do you hire sales people? Identify your distribution channels, where do you
display your products? Do you deliver?

Promotional Strategies

How do you let people know about your product? Do you advertise on tv,
internet, newspapers, magazines? How do you make your advertisement attractive to
your target market? How do you make use of social media to promote your product?
