5 Instructions for a correct installation


Good equipment operation is guaranteed only by respecting the instructions contained in this
manual. Tattile declines all responsibility for anomalous equipment behaviour, if the installation
does not follow these instructions:

- Always observe the polarities of the power supplies and the power requirements specified
in this manual.

- Always observe the polarities of the input/output signals and their electrical characteristics.

- Mount the equipment on a mechanically stable structure, well connected to the electrical
ground.

- Remove the power supply voltage from the camera before unplugging the power connector.

- Turn off all electrical power before making or breaking any electrical connections. Making or
breaking connections when power is on can results in damage to the equipment.

6 Warranty
The warranty covering Tattile equipment shall be invalid if:

- The equipment has been opened or disassembled.

- The label is removed and the serial number can not be read.

- Faults are due to incorrect connection of the power supply and input-output circuitry.

- Faults are due to use in non-compliance with the General Characteristic of the equipment.

- Faults are due to incorrect usage or installation with regards to the indications in the
“Instructions for a correct installation” contained in the manual.

- Faults are due to damages occurred during the delivery or due to incorrect storage.

- These conditions apply to all the equipment supplied with the system.
