Humas have became greed because they not contented for what they have.

They became selfish and did

not see what is really happening in our world. Humans are not responsible, they throw their waste
everywhere. The river and oceans aren’t clean anymore, the fishes are died, and their home which we
have known as a corals are already damage and gone. But, we humans are choosing to become deaf and
blind to make an actions. We should be responsible as a human. We are created by God by his own
Image and Likeness to take care of his creation. We humans should make an action to help the world, to
be responsible of our waste, to plants more trees and to love our Mother Earth with our action. LET US
SAVE OUR HOME, OUR MOTHER EARTH!

We conduct our survey at Brgy. Sabang Cabadbaran City, to see the situation in their community and to
know their Ordinance Implemented. We asked the Brgy. Kagawad Ronie Gato , What are the most
common problem of their community many Ordinances they Implemented but solid waste management
is the majority problem that they have. As we conduct our survey we see the situation in Brgy. Sabang
that they need Improvement. We Interview some people to know their sides about the ordinance and
Eventually they have said the same Opinion.

We the students ‘of Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus, We decided to make an action to
solve their problem. We suggest that if they break the rules they need to pay the penalty worth
P.500.OO, If they don’t have enough money they need to take the responsibility to have a community
service with an 8:00 hours.

FEASIBLE PROGRAM:

 Everywhere they go they must have their own Garbage bag

 Compose Pit
 Provide 3 Containers which is: BIODEGRADABLE, NON-BIODEGRADABLE and
RECYCLEBAL
 We must banned the plastic bag unless we use Eco bag and Supot

PROS:

1.To protect the health of Cabadbaranon

2.The banning and the distribution of plastic bags will greatly contribute
to the reduction of solid waste generated by local communities that
end up in canals, rivers, water waste, creeks and streams eventually in
Brgy. Sabang
 3.Plastic bags reduce food safety risk

4.Plastic bags production is more Environment
