VI. Highlights of the Activity
In compliance with _________________, the Sta Cruz Elementary School
Principal together with the teachers, gathered the pupils, parents and other
stakeholders to conduct S.Y. 2019-2020 Second Quarter Portfolio Day on November
9, 2019 at Sta. Cruz ES.
The program was started with a prayer and followed by the National Anthem.
Lina Balano, the GPTA President, gave her opening message with happy greetings.
Then, the School Principal, Mrs. Nympha B. Barbado took her time to share her
message. She started with announcing of the Assessment Results for the second
quarter. She also updated the School Based Feeding Program and pleased the
beneficiaries’ parents to coordinate with the school coordinator in preparing the food
everyday. Mrs Barbado greeted the pupils and the coaches/teachers of different events
such as in Sports, District Conference and others who brought awards to the school.
She also appreciated the efforts of our Municipal Mayor together with the Brgy. LGU
and teachers for the WINs Project which is the Samaritan Purse Inc. Lastly, she talked
about the incoming December’s Activities and invited the stakeholders to participate
with it.
To break the serious time, dance intermission from Grade six pupils was shown.
For the second quarter period, the children are given certificates to be recognized
their performance of the said period. They are happy to received certificates of
recognition and have been motivated to learn and do their best for the next quarter.

VII. Results/ Outcome

Pupils are happy to receive their awards.
