Minutes of Meetings

1. Objective of the meeting: Clarification of rate submission for Tender Coal Export Project
2. ABC Mining will take a tender Coal Export by Adaro (main client) cooperate with XYZ Logistics as
logistics partner
3. The projects is transporting Coal from Kendari to Vietnam (transit in Jakarta for stock pile) and
the projects estimated to begin in March 2020
4. ABC Mining to check required certifications for this project and will share XYZ Logistics to
provide
5. Multimoda Transport, customs brokerage and Warehouses in Jakarta, to be provided by XYZ
Logistics.
6. Warehouses represent with M2 area for both Temporary Yard and Warehouse.
7. Multimoda transport and customs brokerage rate by IDR per Metercubic Coal.
8. Warehouse Management System module to be integrated with ABC Mining and ABC Mining
with Adaro (main client)
9. ABC Mining advised that Rate request is per unit rate or cubic meter rate, therefore we cannot
put as at cost basis. XYZ Logistics need to provide with all in rate.
10. XYZ Logistics to provide limitation, Transport Envelope to access facility/entry gate, road acces
to the nominated yard/warehouse
11. XYZ Logistics to provide Organisation structure for this project (for Jakarta Operations)
12. XYZ Logistics to calculate manpower and overheads to be build into XYZ Logistics unit rate
propose to ABC Mining.
13. XYZ Logistics to provide CV for the Resume of Senior Person (Account Manager, Warehouse
Manager, Yard Manager, Transport Planner) – due date: 19 Jan 2020

14. ABC Mining will put 1 PIC for Coordinator , 2 CS/Data Entry at the location. All cost to be
calculated and included into the unit rate.
15. ABC Mining will share insurance coverage required for this project together with tempalte of
agreement as this will be as back to back basis between ABC Mining and XYZ Logistics.
16. Validity of the rate: 16 months starting from commencement date February – March 2020
17. XYZ Logistics to revert back for all the above by: 19 January 2020
