INDEMNITY BOND WITH SURITY

THIS INDEMNITY MADE AND EXECUTED AT -------- ON THIS ------------------- DAY OF

THE FIRST PART.

ASHIRWAD APARTMENT, PETHE NAGAR ROAD, INDIRA NAGAR, NASHIK-422009.
HEREINAFTER CALLED AS “EMPLOYER” THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART.

WHEREAS

1. The party of the first part pursuant to his/her taking part in the selection process of
recruitment for the post of --------------------------------------- and having been successful in the
recruitment process conducted by party of second part, had offered he appointment to the post of
--------------------------- vide letter no.-------------------------- dated ---------------------- which party
of the first part do hereby accept with the following terms and conditions.

2. The party of the first part is aware that he/she would be placed on probation for a minimum
period of ---------------- months immediately after successful completion of a apprenticeship
period from the date of acceptance of appointment letter. The said period can further be extended
for a total period of ---------------------- months. The confirmation of the party of the first part will
be subject to his/her satisfactory work record including business performance and conduct during
the probationary period.

3. After expiring probation period party of first part shall continue in service of party of second
part and render his/her service at any of its offices/sites/branches at any place as may be decided
by the party of second party at its absolute discretion.

4. The party of the first part shall be in the service of party of second part for at least a period of -
----------------------- years from the date of joining. Party of first part will be continue in service
as aforesaid during pleasure of party of second part and service of first part are liable to be
terminated in the terms of extant guidelines /rules/regulations of party of second part as well as
specific terms stipulated in appointment letter.

5. The party of first part shall not without the express prior approval in writing of party of
second part , apply for a job or take up any other office of profit nor shall he/she resign or
abandon the service of party of second part during the said period of ------------------ months.
6. The party of first part declared that his/her work/employment as stated above shall be subject
to such rules, regulation, terms etc. as party of second part may in its absolute discretion stipulate
for its regular employee from time to time.

7. In event of non fulfillment/breach of any of party of first part to party of second part as stated
in clause no.3 above other than on account of termination of his/her service by party of second
part in terms of extant regulation or if he/she/party of first part fails to serve the party of second
part for the minimum period of ---------------- months he/she liable for fine of Rs. -------------------
-------------------.
